\nBekim \u00c7ollaku:<\/strong> Faktikisht \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vendim pozitiv q\u00eb Komiteti LIBE i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. \u00cbsht\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje dhe konfirmim i mb\u00ebshtetjes nga eurodeputet\u00ebt p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, si rezultat i pun\u00ebs s\u00eb madhe q\u00eb kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushjen e kritereve. Gjat\u00eb votimit dhe gjat\u00eb diskutimeve p\u00ebrpara votimit u b\u00eb e qart\u00eb se Kosov\u00ebs po i afrohet kjo mund\u00ebsi dhe po i jepet p\u00ebrkrahje n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb Komitet m\u00eb kushtin e vet\u00ebm q\u00eb votimi n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn plenare t\u00eb Parlamentit Evropian mund t\u00eb procedohet vet\u00ebm at\u00ebher\u00eb kur Kosova ta p\u00ebrmbush\u00eb edhe kriterin tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb mbetur q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me ratifikimin e marr\u00ebveshjes p\u00ebr sh\u00ebnimin e vij\u00ebs kufitare me Malin e Zi.

N\u00eb fakt, sa do t\u00eb arrij\u00eb politika n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb bashkohet rreth nj\u00eb tryeze t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjidhur problemin e marr\u00ebveshjes me Malin e Zi?<\/p>\n
\nB\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr Gjeorgjin\u00eb dhe Ukrain\u00ebn. Por, megjithat\u00eb ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fakt i cili nuk mund t\u00eb mohohet dhe as t\u00eb anashkalohet assesi. Sepse, vendimi nuk p\u00ebrfundon k\u00ebtu. Ne p\u00ebrfunduam vet\u00ebm nj\u00ebr\u00ebn nga fazat e vendimmarrjes por faza tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb seanc\u00eb plenare t\u00eb Parlamentit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb ndodh, nuk do t\u00eb procedohet pa ratifikimin e k\u00ebsaj marr\u00ebveshjeje.
\nUn\u00eb shpresoj se koha q\u00eb na \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion, mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb na \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion do t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzohet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb nga politikb\u00ebr\u00ebsit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, nga lider\u00ebt e partive politike, opozitare dhe ato t\u00eb pozit\u00ebs, e mbi t\u00eb gjitha nga deputet\u00ebt e Kuvendit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb serioze ta trajtojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje dhe t\u2019i japin p\u00ebrgjigjen e merituar n\u00eb nj\u00eb afat sa m\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr. Sepse mos t\u00eb harrojm\u00eb se afati kohor \u00ebsht\u00eb tep\u00ebr i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr vazhdimin e vendimmarrjes n\u00eb fazat e m\u00ebtejme n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Parlamentit Evropian dhe K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb.
\nUn\u00eb mbes optimist se do t\u00eb ket\u00eb reflektim pozitiv prej gjith\u00eb spektrit politik n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe q\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb matur do t\u00eb dij\u00eb t\u2019i jap p\u00ebrgjigje adekuate edhe \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb ratifikimit t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb sh\u00ebnimit t\u00eb vij\u00ebs kufitare dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb hap rrug\u00ebn e sigurt p\u00ebr procesin e liberalizimit t\u00eb vizave. Sepse po flasim p\u00ebr dy \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb interesit nacional.
