N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, Kryesia e Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, m\u00eb 22 janar, k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e 43 deputet\u00ebve p\u00ebr shfuqizimin e Ligjit p\u00ebr Dhomat e Specializuara dhe Zyr\u00ebn e Prokurorit t\u00eb Specializuar, q\u00eb njihet si Gjykata Speciale, ia ka d\u00ebrguar Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb mendimin p\u00ebrfundimtar.<\/p>\n
Njoh\u00ebsit e zhvillimeve politike, veprimet e Qeveris\u00eb dhe Kuvendit, i kan\u00eb cil\u00ebsuar si \u201cloj\u00eb pingpongu\u201d me dy temat, si\u00e7 ikan\u00eb quajtur ata, m\u00eb t\u00eb nxehta politike.<\/p>\n
Politologu Belul Beqa, profesor i Shkencave Politike, thot\u00eb p\u00ebr Radion Evropa e Lir\u00eb q\u00eb Qeveria dhe Kuvendi kan\u00eb frik\u00eb nga pasojat q\u00eb mund t\u2019i sjellin vendimet, \u00e7far\u00ebdo qofshin ato, lidhur me t\u00eb dyja \u00e7\u00ebshtjet.<\/p>\n
\u201cLoja e pingpongut \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehje e pafuqis\u00eb p\u00ebr vendimmarrje, ngase edhe sikur t\u00eb merrej nj\u00eb vendim p\u00ebr Demarkacionin, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrb\u00ebrjen e Ligjit p\u00ebr Gjykat\u00ebn Speciale, n\u00ebnkuptohet se do t\u00eb ket\u00eb pasoja imediate p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb marrin vendime. Pasojat n\u00ebnkuptojn\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shp\u00ebrb\u00ebhet edhe koalicioni dhe t\u00eb shkohet n\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb s\u00ebrishme, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat asnj\u00ebra pal\u00eb aktualisht nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e gatshme. Prandaj, po b\u00ebjn\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje q\u00eb sa m\u00eb gjat\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb sa m\u00eb dinake t\u00eb shtyhet procesi i vendimmarrjes\u201d, thot\u00eb Beqa.<\/p>\n
Mendim t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm ka edhe analisti Arton Muhaxhiri. Ai thekson q\u00eb e gjith\u00eb kjo q\u00eb po ndodh\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet Qeveris\u00eb dhe Kuvendit, \u00ebsht\u00eb tentim p\u00ebr faj\u00ebsim t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb p\u00ebr mosmarrjen e vendimeve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha.<\/p>\n

Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb problemi kryesor dhe kemi nj\u00eb lloj frike, nj\u00eb lloj ikje nga p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia edhe nga Qeveria, por edhe nga Kuvendi i Kosov\u00ebs. T\u00eb dyja k\u00ebto institucione ikin nga obligimet e tyre politike dhe morale p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur zgjidhje p\u00ebr problemet e m\u00ebdha, me t\u00eb cilat ballafaqohet shteti i Kosov\u00ebs dhe shoq\u00ebria kosovare n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi\u201d, thekson Muhaxhiri.<\/p>\n
Megjithat\u00eb, politologu Beqa beson q\u00eb sido q\u00eb t\u00eb votohen t\u00eb dyja k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtje, pasojat jan\u00eb t\u00eb pashmangshme p\u00ebr vet\u00eb partit\u00eb politike n\u00eb pushtet.<\/p>\n
\u201cUn\u00eb mendoj q\u00eb pasojat jan\u00eb t\u00eb paevitueshme.
