Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, Milenkoviq, n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e gardianit n\u00eb burgjet e Prishtin\u00ebs dhe Lipjanit, ka torturuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb \u00e7njer\u00ebzore t\u00eb burgosurit, raporton\u00a0\u201cBetimi p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi\u201d<\/a>, transmeton\u00a0 Periskopi<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Prokurori i rastit, Atdhe Dema, deklaroi se Prokuroria Speciale ka v\u00ebrtetuar plot\u00ebsisht faj\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e t\u00eb akuzuarit.<\/p>\n
