N\u00eb zgjedhjet parlamentare garojn\u00eb 28 subjekte politike, prej t\u00eb cilave 20 parti politike, pes\u00eb koalicione, dy lista qytetare dhe nj\u00eb kandidat i pavarur. T\u00eb drejt\u00eb vote kan\u00eb rreth 2 milion votues.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb t\u00eb diel\u00ebn mbahen zgjedhjet e p\u00ebrgjithshme parlamentare, t\u00eb n\u00ebntat me radh\u00eb q\u00eb nga p\u00ebrfundimi i luft\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 1999 dhe t\u00eb parat zgjedhje t\u00eb rregullta q\u00eb nga shpallja e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2008. N\u00eb k\u00ebto zgjedhje garojn\u00eb nj\u00ebzet e tet\u00eb forca politike, prej t\u00eb cilave 20 parti politike, pes\u00eb koalicione, dy lista qytetare dhe nj\u00eb kandidat i pavarur. P\u00ebr kat\u00ebr vjet qeverin\u00eb e udh\u00ebhoqi partia Vet\u00ebvendosje me kryeminist\u00ebr Albin Kurtin,  i cili jo rrall\u00eb pati p\u00ebrplasje me Serbin\u00eb n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb dialogut t\u00eb leht\u00ebsuar nga Bashkimi Evropian, dhe po ashtu mospajtime t\u00eb thella pati edhe me komunitetin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb veprimeve t\u00eb quajtura \u201ct\u00eb pakoordinuara\u201d, n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kosova gati p\u00ebr votim<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb zgjedhjet e 9 shkurtit, t\u00eb drejt\u00eb vote kan\u00eb rreth dy milion\u00eb votues, prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve 105 mij\u00eb qytetar\u00eb q\u00eb votojn\u00eb jasht\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. KQZ, ka njoftuar se jan\u00eb shtypur flet\u00ebvotimet me nj\u00eb num\u00ebr total prej rreth 1.8 milion flet\u00ebvotime, num\u00ebr ky m\u00eb i vog\u00ebl sesa numri i votuesve, p\u00ebr faktin q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha zgjedhjet e m\u00ebparshme dalja e qytetar\u00ebve n\u00eb zgjedhje nuk ishte m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 50% e votuesve me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb vote. Zgjedhjet e p\u00ebrgjithshme mbahen edhe n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn veriore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb banuar me shumic\u00eb serbe, ndon\u00ebse p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e tyre pat\u00ebn bojkotuar zgjedhjet lokale t\u00eb vitit 2023. Por k\u00ebsaj radhe disa subjekte t\u00eb vogla politike, edhe Lista Srpska q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb partia m\u00eb e madhe e serb\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs merr pjes\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fushat\u00eb politike me gjuh\u00eb nxit\u00ebse e urrejtjeje<\/p>\n\n\n\n

P\u00ebr nj\u00eb muaj rresht subjektet politike q\u00eb synojn\u00eb t\u00eb udh\u00ebheqin qeverin\u00eb p\u00ebr mandantin e ardhsh\u00ebm kat\u00ebr vje\u04abar shpalos\u00ebn programet e tyre zgjedhore. Nd\u00ebr subjektet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha politike q\u00eb garojn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto zgjedhje jan\u00eb, L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosja VV e udh\u00ebhequr nga Albin Kurti, Lidhja Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs LDK, e udh\u00ebhequr nga Lumir Abdixhiku, Partia Dempokratike e Kosov\u00ebs PDK me kandidatin e saj p\u00ebr kryeminist\u00ebr Bedri Hamza, dhe Aleanca p\u00ebr Ardhm\u00ebrin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs AAK, e udh\u00ebhequr nga Ramush Haradinaj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb muaji, fushata zgjedhore n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb u p\u00ebrshkua me nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb jo pak nxit\u00ebse dhe t\u00eb urrejtjes, por, nuk u sh\u00ebnua ndonj\u00eb incident. \u201cTrendi i p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs dhe diskursit nxit\u00ebs apo t\u00eb urrejtjes n\u00eb fushat\u00eb, ka vijuar gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00ebs, pavar\u00ebsisht gjobave t\u00eb shqiptuara nga nj\u00eb panel zgjedhor PZAP, pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr raste t\u00eb tilla\u201d, konstatoi rrjeti i organizatave joqeveritare DnV q\u00eb monitoron procesin zgjedhor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zgjedhjet parlamentare t\u00eb 9 shkurtit do t\u00eb monitorohen edhe nga mbi 100 v\u00ebzhgues nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar nga 18 vende t\u00eb  Bashkimit Evropian, nga Parlamenti Evropian dhe K\u00ebshilli i Evrop\u00ebs. M\u00eb shum\u00eb se 200 ushtar\u00eb italian t\u00eb KFOR-it, ju shtuan trupave tjer\u00eb t\u00eb KFOR-it, nj\u00eb nj\u00ebsi e specializuar e policis\u00eb s\u00eb misionit EULEX dhe mij\u00ebra polic\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm pran\u00eb qendrave t\u00eb votimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar nj\u00eb ambient t\u00eb qet\u00eb dhe proces t\u00eb rregullt t\u00eb zgjedhjeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shefja e misionit t\u00eb v\u00ebzhguesve t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, Nathalie Loiseau, tha n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb se p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn \u201ckurr\u00eb nuk ka qen\u00eb m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme ruajtja e standardeve demokratike\u201d. \u201cJetojm\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur demokracit\u00eb po vihen n\u00eb pik\u00ebpyetje, ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnohen globalisht. Gjermania pos v\u00ebzhguesve ndihmoi Komisionin Qendror t\u00eb Zgjedhjeve me server dhe pajisje p\u00ebrcjell\u00ebse q\u00eb do t\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb p\u00ebr Qendr\u00ebn e Num\u00ebrimit dhe Rezultateve. Ambasadori i Gjermanis\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, J\u00f6rn Rohde, shprehu bindjen e tij se procesi zgjedhor i s\u00eb diel\u00ebn do t\u00eb zhvillohet pa v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi. \u201cDemokracia dhe zgjedhjet e lira jan\u00eb themeli i nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie prosperuese.
