K\u00ebt\u00eb nuk e di. Me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u2019i japim trajtim atyre i lejuam q\u00eb t\u00eb hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb s\u00ebrish dhe u fut\u00ebm n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb bashk\u00eb me Policin\u00eb Ushtarake sepse mor\u00ebm informacionin se n\u00eb katin e par\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs ishte nj\u00eb person i vdekur, n\u00eb at\u00eb moment nuk m\u00eb kujtohet t\u00eb ket\u00eb patur njer\u00ebz t\u00eb tjer\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtese\u201d, tha d\u00ebshmitari.<\/p>\n
Schreckenbauer pohoi se personat e l\u00ebnduar ishin n\u00eb gjendje q\u00eb t\u00eb ecnin vet\u00eb. Tha se kishte par\u00eb nj\u00eb dhom\u00eb q\u00eb kishte instrumente t\u00eb tortur\u00ebs, q\u00eb ishte n\u00eb katin e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb dhe af\u00ebr dhom\u00ebs ku ishte gjetur personi i vdekur.<\/p>\n
D\u00ebshmitari shtoi se nuk ishte detyra e tij q\u00eb t\u00eb kontrollonte me holl\u00ebsi n\u00eb at\u00eb dhom\u00eb, por e Policis\u00eb Ushtarake.<\/p>\n
M\u00eb pas, atij iu prezantua nj\u00eb raport lidhur me krimin e pretenduar, sipas t\u00eb cilit, u tha q\u00eb numri i kryer\u00ebsve t\u00eb krimit nuk dihet. Andaj, Schreckenbauer u pyet se a pajtohet q\u00eb sipas raportit kryer\u00ebsit e krimit nuk jan\u00eb identifikuar.<\/p>\n
P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, pati kund\u00ebrshtime prokurorja Alexandra Insinga, e cila tha se nuk e di cila \u00ebsht\u00eb relevanca e pyetjeve p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar. Nd\u00ebrsa, kryetari i trupit gjykues, Charles Smith III, tha se pyetjet e avokatit t\u00eb Jakup Krasniqit, Victor Baisheu, shkojn\u00eb p\u00ebrtej fush\u00ebveprimit s\u00eb pyetjeve t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb. Si rrjedhoj\u00eb, Smithh k\u00ebrkoi nga avokati t\u00eb tregoi se cili \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00ebllimi p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb lloj t\u00eb pyetjeve.<\/p>\n
Avokati Victor Baisheu tha se q\u00ebndrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb se mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb raport, nuk ishte e mundur q\u00eb t\u00eb arrihej n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se kryer\u00ebsit kan\u00eb qen\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb ose jo.<\/p>\n
\u201cRelevanca \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebto raporte jan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb t\u00eb pranohen n\u00eb prova materiale dhe kryer\u00ebsit e veprave n\u00eb k\u00ebto raporte jan\u00eb persona t\u00eb paidentifikuar\u201d, tha Baisheu.<\/p>\n
K\u00ebshtu, q\u00eb avokati pyeti s\u00ebrish d\u00ebshmitarin se a pajtohet q\u00eb n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb atij raporti nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb t\u00eb arrihet n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin se kryer\u00ebsit e vepr\u00ebs kan\u00eb qen\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb. Si rrjedhoj\u00eb, gjykat\u00ebsi e lejoi avokatin Baisheu q\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb me pyetjet.<\/p>\n
\u201cKjo s\u2019ka qen\u00eb detyra ime si mjek. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb un\u00eb t\u00eb gjej kryer\u00ebsit e vepr\u00ebs, por detyra ime ishte q\u00eb t\u00eb konstatoj q\u00eb dikush ka vdekur dhe m\u00eb sa ishte e mundur t\u00eb jepja informacion lidhur me shkakun e vdekjes. Un\u00eb nuk jam oficer policie, s\u2019kam qen\u00eb as at\u00ebher\u00eb oficer policie q\u00eb t\u00eb gjej kryer\u00ebsit e vepr\u00ebs\u201d, u p\u00ebrgjigj Schreckenbauer.<\/p>\n
M\u00eb pas, d\u00ebshmitari mohoi se ka marr\u00eb ndonj\u00eb informacion q\u00eb kryer\u00ebsit e vepr\u00ebs ishin shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn sa ishte n\u00eb vendin e krimit t\u00eb pretenduar.<\/p>\n
Pyetje p\u00ebr d\u00ebshmitarin pati edhe trupi gjykues i p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar nga gjykat\u00ebsi Christoph Barthe, i cili pyeti se at\u00eb dit\u00eb a kishte par\u00eb trupa serb\u00eb n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
\u201cNuk kam v\u00ebn\u00eb re asnj\u00eb trup serb n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb. T\u00eb vetmit trupa serb\u00eb q\u00eb kam par\u00eb un\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dit\u00ebn kur jemi kthyer n\u00eb Prizren sepse at\u00eb dit\u00eb kur jemi kthyer n\u00eb Prizren kishte ende forca serbe, por m\u00eb pas nuk kam v\u00ebn\u00eb re trupa serbe\u201d, tha Schreckenbauer, i cili shtoi se kur kan\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00eb Prizren ka qen\u00eb rreth 12 apo 14 qershor 1999.<\/p>\n
Schreckenbauer tha se nuk e kishte par\u00eb di\u00e7ka t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb at\u00eb dit\u00eb, m\u00eb 18 qershor 1999, q\u00eb tregonte se kush e kishte p\u00ebrdorur k\u00ebt\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Me kaq p\u00ebrfundoi seanca e sotme n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje gjyq\u00ebsore p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar m\u00eb pas t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn, m\u00eb 27 janar 2025, sipas orarit t\u00eb zakonsh\u00ebm nga ora 09:00 me 45 minuta vones\u00eb n\u00eb transmetim. \/Betimip\u00ebrdrejt\u00ebsi<\/p>\n
