Ai u d\u00ebnua me 1 vit burgim.<\/p>\n Kurse, Vidosav Novakoviq u shpall fajtor p\u00ebr krim t\u00eb organizuar dhe mashtrim, u d\u00ebnua me 4 vite burgim dhe 20 mij\u00eb euro gjob\u00eb.<\/p>\n T\u00eb akuzuarit Avni Maxhuni, Lumnije Sopjani, Elheme Uka, Sami Maqedonci, Nyrtene Brajshori, Ndue Palushi dhe Ramadan Mavraj, u liruan nga akuza p\u00ebr pastrim t\u00eb parave. Po ashtu, Shaban Syla, Azem Syla dhe Avni Maxhuni u liruan nga akuza p\u00ebr shmangie nga tatimi.<\/p>\n N\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e 10 qershorit 2022, Azem Syla dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt jan\u00eb deklaruar t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm lidhur me veprat penale q\u00eb iu viheshin n\u00eb barr\u00eb.\u00a0\u00a0Kurse, i akuzuari F.G., nuk ishte deklaruar me arsyetimin e avokatit t\u00eb tij, G\u00ebzim Kollqaku, se klienti i tij ka ekspertiz\u00eb psikiatrike q\u00eb v\u00ebrteton se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i aft\u00eb p\u00ebr ta kuptuar aktakuz\u00ebn.<\/p>\n Prokuroria Speciale e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (PSRK), ka ngritur dy aktakuza, nj\u00ebra me 17 persona dhe tjetra me 22 persona, ku n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb fundit, q\u00eb ishte ngritur m\u00eb 24 tetor 2016 p\u00ebrfshihet edhe ish-deputeti i PDK-s\u00eb Azem Syla, q\u00eb sipas PSRK-s\u00eb, ai kishte qen\u00eb edhe udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs i k\u00ebtij grupi.<\/p>\n Bashk\u00eb me Syl\u00ebn, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces jan\u00eb gjykuar edhe Shaban Syla, Arton Vila, F.G, Shpresim Uka, Ramadan Uka, Avdurrahman Brajshori, Gazmend Gashi, Lubisha Vujoviq, Sabedin Haxhiu, Avni Maxhuni, Elhame Uka, Lumnije Sopjani, Nyrtene Brajshori, Sami Maqedonci, Ndue Palushi dhe Ramadan Mavraj.<\/p>\n Pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj aktakuze kan\u00eb qen\u00eb edhe N.U., Sh.M., Ilaz Syla, Mustaf\u00eb Haliti dhe Hajrullah Berisha, por p\u00ebr dy t\u00eb par\u00ebt \u00ebsht\u00eb pushuar procedura pasi ata kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrruar jet\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr shkak se gjykata nuk ka arritur t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb prezenc\u00ebn e Ilaz Syl\u00ebs, Mustaf\u00eb Halitit dhe Hajrullah Berish\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7uar procedura. Por, gjykat\u00ebsi Arben Hoti, jasht\u00eb seanc\u00ebs ka bashkuar procedur\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb akuzuarin Ilaz Syla dhe Vidosav Novakoviq, ku p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb fundit ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se provat jan\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhura dhe rasti \u00ebsht\u00eb i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb.<\/p>\n Aktakuza i ngarkonte t\u00eb pandehurit me vepra penale \u201ckrim i organizuar\u201d, \u201cpastrim i parave\u201d, \u201cmarrje t\u00eb mitos\u201d, \u201cmashtrim i r\u00ebnd\u00eb\u201d, \u201cmashtrim n\u00eb detyr\u00eb\u201d, \u201cnxjerrje t\u00eb vendimeve gjyq\u00ebsore t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjshme\u201d, \u201ckeqp\u00ebrdorim i pozit\u00ebs zyrtare\u201d, \u201clegalizimi i p\u00ebrmbajtjes s\u00eb falsifikuar\u201d dhe \u201cevazion fiskal\u201d.<\/p>\n Gjithashtu, t\u00eb pandehurit akuzoheshin se n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim, p\u00ebrmes veprimtarive kriminale i kan\u00eb privuar Kosov\u00ebs pronat shoq\u00ebrore, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb falsifikimin e vendimeve dhe dokumenteve zyrtare, mashtrim dhe veprime tjera korruptive.
