Kritikat e kryeministrit Albin Kurti ndaj Prokuroris\u00eb Speciale p\u00ebr performanc\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb rralla gjat\u00eb mandatit t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por k\u00ebto t\u00eb fundit lidhur me mosefikasitetin e Prokuroris\u00eb n\u00eb ngritjen e aktakuzave p\u00ebr gjykim n\u00eb munges\u00eb p\u00ebr krimet e luft\u00ebs, po vler\u00ebsohen si vazhdim\u00ebsi e nd\u00ebrhyrjeve t\u00eb kryeministrit n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDeklaratat e tilla jan\u00eb qartazi nd\u00ebrhyrje n\u00eb sistemin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe kjo p\u00ebrcaktohet sipas Kushtetut\u00ebs dhe elaborohet tutje nga ana e opinioneve t\u00eb Komisionit t\u00eb Venecias. \u00c7ka i takon kryeministrit, n\u00eb rastin konkret, \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i propozoj\u00eb ndryshimet e nevojshme legjislative q\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb dhe e dyta eventualisht q\u00eb t\u00eb tentoj\u00eb ta p\u00ebrkrah\u00eb p\u00ebrmes ligjit p\u00ebr ndarje buxhetore Prokurorin\u00eb Speciale t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe k\u00ebtu t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb mandati i tij\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb G\u00ebzim Shala, Hulumtues i lart\u00eb n\u00eb Institutin e Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi (IKD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Megjith\u00ebse Shala vler\u00ebson se Prokuroria nuk i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb ndonj\u00eb prioritet ndjekjes s\u00eb k\u00ebtyre krimeve, ai thot\u00eb se \u00e7do deklarim tjet\u00ebr i kryeministrit jasht\u00eb k\u00ebtyre kufijve tregon qartazi nd\u00ebrhyrje n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb e Shtetit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Me vler\u00ebsimet p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrhyrje t\u00eb Kurtit n\u00eb pun\u00ebt e sistemit prokurorial pajtohen edhe avokat\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cP\u00ebr mendimin ton\u00eb kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e duhur dhe nuk duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet, apo t\u00eb jet\u00eb shprehi nga asnj\u00eb pushtet e aq m\u00eb pak nga ana e pushtetit ekzekutiv i cili ka nj\u00eb linj\u00eb t\u00eb komunikimit dhe var\u00ebsis\u00eb nga Ministria e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb por edhe t\u00eb aspektit financiar nga MF. N\u00eb situatat aktuale pavar\u00ebsisht r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb ka p\u00ebr sistemin ligjor, juridik por edhe sigurimi i qytetar\u00ebve, nuk duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb deklarata q\u00eb konsiderohen si nd\u00ebrhyrje\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur avokati Florim Shefqeti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PSRK reagoi nj\u00eb dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb komunikate se deklarime t\u00eb tilla nga kryeministri e minojn\u00eb besimin e qytetar\u00ebve dhe nd\u00ebrhyjn\u00eb n\u00eb pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e institucionit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kurti ka kritikuar shpesh Prokurorin\u00eb gjat\u00eb pjes\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, kryesisht n\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrvjetore t\u00eb masakrave t\u00eb kryera nga serb\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
