Zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb shtetit dhe politik\u00ebs do t\u00eb vendosin kurora me lule p\u00ebrpara memorialit \u201cN\u00ebn\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri\u201d, n\u00eb nderim t\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00ebve n\u00eb luft\u00ebn antifashiste.

Pritet q\u00eb sot paradite, Varrezat e D\u00ebshmor\u00ebve t\u00eb vizitohen nga kreu i qeveris\u00eb Edi Rama. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb edhe strukturat e larta t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs me n\u00eb krye Lulzim Bash\u00ebn pritet t\u00eb kryejn\u00eb homazhe p\u00ebr nder t\u00eb d\u00ebshmor\u00ebve.

Dita e D\u00ebshmor\u00ebve u vendos t\u00eb jet\u00eb 5 Maji 1942, dita kur u vra nga fashist\u00ebt, Qemal Stafa, i ri komunist aktivist i luft\u00ebs Nacional \u00c7lirimtare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

P\u00ebrpara krijimit t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar, populli shqiptar i kujtonte d\u00ebshmor\u00ebt e tij dhe mbante gjall\u00eb legjendat e tyre, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmes k\u00ebng\u00ebs epike, dhe trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb t\u00eb historis\u00eb t\u00eb tyre nga brezi n\u00eb brez.

Pas shpalljes s\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb m\u00eb 1912 e deri me 1945, shteti shqiptar nuk krijoi nj\u00eb status ligjor p\u00ebr d\u00ebshmor\u00ebt e Atdheut. N\u00eb vitin 1923 ligj\u00ebrohet vet\u00ebm pensioni p\u00ebr familjen e tij, si pjes\u00eb e ligjit p\u00ebr pensionet e ushtarak\u00ebve, raporton kp.

Gjate luft\u00ebs nacional \u00e7lirimtare, fillojn\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e para p\u00ebr t\u00eb nderuar d\u00ebshmoret e r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb fushat e betejave. T\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00ebt i b\u00ebn\u00eb simbol frym\u00ebzimi p\u00ebr luft\u00ebtar\u00ebt e liris\u00eb. K\u00ebng\u00ebt p\u00ebr d\u00ebshmor\u00ebt, dh\u00ebnia e emrave t\u00eb d\u00ebshmor\u00ebve reparteve partizane, shkrimet p\u00ebr aktin e tyre n\u00eb shtypin e luft\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb fjalime, betimi para varreve t\u00eb tyre, varrimi partizan ceremonial, ndihma p\u00ebr familjet, z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimi i tyre n\u00eb radh\u00ebt partizane nga t\u00eb af\u00ebrt etj., t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto jan\u00eb shprehje e vler\u00ebsimit p\u00ebr aktin dhe figur\u00ebn e d\u00ebshmorit<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pas \u00e7lirimit, m\u00eb 28 gusht 1945, kryesia e K\u00ebshillit Antifashist Nacional\u00e7lirimtar, miratoi ligjin Nr. 109 \u201cMbi shp\u00ebrblimin e familjeve t\u00eb d\u00ebshmor\u00ebve dhe invalid\u00ebve t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs Antifashiste Nacional\u00e7lirimtare\u201d. Ky ligj sanksiononte edhe trajtimin e familjeve t\u00eb patriot\u00ebve q\u00eb kishin luftuar e r\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr atdheun edhe para Luft\u00ebs Antifashiste Nacional\u00e7lirimtare, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Rilindjes Komb\u00ebtare, n\u00eb luft\u00ebrat p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsi, duke sh\u00ebnuar k\u00ebshtu p\u00ebrpjekjen e par\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb ligj integral p\u00ebr d\u00ebshmor\u00ebt e Atdheut.

Ne vitet \u00b460-t\u00eb statusi i d\u00ebshmorit p\u00ebrpunohet m\u00eb tej dhe zgjerohet, duke specifikuar termin \u201dD\u00ebshmor i Atdheut\u201d. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ligj futen edhe Varrezat e D\u00ebshmor\u00ebve t\u00eb Atdheut, t\u00eb cilat u nd\u00ebrtuan n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha qendrat e rretheve t\u00eb vendit, ku u p\u00ebrqendruan varret e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb d\u00ebshmor\u00ebve, me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb atyre t\u00eb Pez\u00ebs e t\u00eb Ku\u00e7it t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs. U nd\u00ebrtuan edhe Varrezat e D\u00ebshmoreve t\u00eb Atdheut n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb me monumentin \u201cN\u00ebn\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Me 1992-1993, me nd\u00ebrrimin e sistemit politik, p\u00ebsoi ndryshime edhe statusi i D\u00ebshmorit t\u00eb Atdheut. Me nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb Meksi, ende i pa publikuar, iu hoq\u00ebn p\u00ebrfitimet familjeve t\u00eb d\u00ebshmor\u00ebve.

Ne vitin 2000, pas shum\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjeve u miratua ligji Nr. 8607 dat\u00eb 27.04, \u201cStatusi i D\u00ebshmorit t\u00eb Atdheut\u201d, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin p\u00ebrfshihen d\u00ebshmor\u00ebt e t\u00eb gjitha periudhave historike, madje edhe t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00ebt n\u00eb vitet 1997-1999, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe n\u00eb Luft\u00ebn \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.
