P\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb komunikate p\u00ebr media nga BQK thuhet se gjat\u00eb takimit po ashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb diskutuar edhe p\u00ebr mund\u00ebsit\u00eb ekzistuese, alternativat dhe qasjen n\u00eb financa p\u00ebrmes kanaleve t\u00eb ndryshme financiare t\u00eb licencuara p\u00ebr operim n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb territorin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Andaj, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb individ\u00ebt, kan\u00eb qasje n\u00eb llogari bankare dhe mund t\u00eb pranojn\u00eb mjete n\u00eb llogarit\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb Euro, p\u00ebrmes kanaleve t\u00eb ndryshme ligjore\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb komunikat\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Tutje thuhet se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt q\u00eb tashm\u00eb kan\u00eb nj\u00eb llogari bankare n\u00eb Euro, n\u00eb cil\u00ebndo bank\u00eb t\u00eb licencuar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, mund ta p\u00ebrdorin t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb pranuar mjetet nga \u00e7do shtet. Nd\u00ebrsa, ata q\u00eb ende nuk kan\u00eb llogari, mund t\u00eb hapin nj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb tek secila bank\u00eb, sipas Rregullores s\u00eb BQK-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Qasje n\u00eb Llogari Pagese p\u00ebr Sh\u00ebrbime Bazike, q\u00eb p\u00ebr grupet e cenueshme e t\u00eb skemave sociale nuk ka tarif\u00eb t\u00eb hapjes e as t\u00eb mir\u00ebmbajtjes, nga 1 janari 2024.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa Ismaili e njoftoi Rashiqin se vet\u00ebm n\u00eb kat\u00ebr komunat veriore, operojn\u00eb kat\u00ebr deg\u00eb bankare, tri institucione mikro-financiare (kredidh\u00ebn\u00ebse) si dhe mbi 15 institucione financiare jo-bankare p\u00ebr pagesa dhe k\u00ebmbimore. Numri i deg\u00ebve dhe zyrave t\u00eb institucioneve financiare q\u00eb operojn\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb zon\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rritje, pasi p\u00ebrfshirja financiare \u00ebsht\u00eb objektiv i BQK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Guvernatori Ismaili tha se BQK-ja mbetet e vendosur p\u00ebr avancimin e korniz\u00ebs ligjore dhe mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebse n\u00eb zbatimin e mandatit t\u00eb saj kushtetues dhe se mbetet e p\u00ebrkushtuar q\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb me aktivitete informuese dhe vet\u00ebdij\u00ebsuese p\u00ebr publikun.<\/p>\n

Ministri Rashiq vler\u00ebsoi lart\u00eb rolin e BQK-s\u00eb dhe angazhimin e saj, duke shprehur gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunuar brenda kapacitetit t\u00eb tij, m\u00eb q\u00ebllim rritjes s\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjes financiare dhe zgjerimit t\u00eb mund\u00ebsive p\u00ebr qasje financiare p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha komunitetet.
