Ai ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se kjo Agjenci nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e k\u00ebnaqur me trajtimi q\u00eb Prokuroria e Shtetit po u b\u00ebn\u00eb kall\u00ebzimeve penale q\u00eb i kan\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar dhe se vet\u00ebm 20 p\u00ebr qind e tyre kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar me aktakuz\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ai po ashtu tha se nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur as me trajtimin e ankesave nga ana e Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Apelit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb problematike sepse ne kemi d\u00ebshir\u00eb dhe pritja jon\u00eb ka qen\u00eb q\u00eb gjitha kall\u00ebzimet tona penale t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj me aktakuz\u00eb. Ajo \u00e7ka ka ndodhur \u00ebsht\u00eb se nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i vog\u00ebl i tyre ka p\u00ebrfunduar me aktakuz\u00eb, do t\u00eb thot\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ndoshta rreth 20% t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar me aktakuz\u00eb dhe ne nuk mund t\u00eb jemi t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur me k\u00ebt\u00eb trajtim. Ne nuk jemi t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur as me trajtimin e ankesave tona q\u00eb i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb Apeli. Ne t\u00eb gjitha refuzimet e tilla i kemi ankimuar nd\u00ebrsa Apelit nuk na e ka quajtur si pal\u00eb t\u00eb interesit dhe si ka trajtuar fare ankesat tona. Besoj se vitin e ardhsh\u00ebm bashk\u00eb me Kryeprokurorin e Shteti e po ashtu edhe K\u00ebshillin Prokurorial do arrijm\u00eb deri te nj\u00eb sqarim i k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtje sepse besoj q\u00eb nuk ka institucion tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb adekuat p\u00ebr ta ankimuar rastin apo q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb interesuar m\u00eb shum\u00eb q\u00eb deklarimi t\u00eb shkoj n\u00eb rregull\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
