Pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Nj\u00ebsis\u00eb Speciale Intervenuese dhe Sindikata e Policis\u00eb kan\u00eb dal\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb protestuar t\u00eb shtun\u00ebn para qeveris\u00eb.

NjSI-ja dhe Sindikata jan\u00eb duke protestuar p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pagave, shtesave t\u00eb rrezikshm\u00ebris\u00eb, sigurimeve sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore dhe k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb tjera.

Imer Zeqiri, kryetar i Sindikat\u00ebs s\u00eb Policis\u00eb, tha se jan\u00eb mbledhur p\u00ebr t\u2019i paraqitur k\u00ebrkesat e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00eb drejtuar Qeveris\u00eb.

Ai tha se ka pasur takime e i jan\u00eb d\u00ebrguar shkresa zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb shtetit, si dhe peticionin me rreth 5700 n\u00ebnshkrime, p\u00ebr \u00e7ka tha se ende nuk kan\u00eb marr\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje.

Zeqiri tha se kan\u00eb 14 k\u00ebrkesa ndaj qeveris\u00eb, duke i listuar m\u00eb posht\u00eb:

1. P\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i kushteve t\u00eb pun\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb, veshmbathjet, mjetet e pun\u00ebs, mjetet logjistike, objektet policore duke pasur parasysh se disa objekte policore dhe automjete, si dhe pajisje tjera t\u00eb domosdoshme p\u00ebr kryerjen e detyrave zyrtare, nuk i plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb kushtet minimale p\u00ebr pun\u00eb.

2. Rrezikshm\u00ebria p\u00ebr zyrtar\u00ebt policor\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb permanente dhe mos t\u00eb varet vet\u00ebm nga nj\u00eb vend apo lokacion i caktuar, si dhe k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb q\u00eb shtesa p\u00ebr rrezikshm\u00ebri n\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb nga 25 deri n\u00eb 50% e pag\u00ebs baz\u00eb dhe t\u00eb formohet nj\u00eb komision q\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb rivler\u00ebsimin e nivelit dhe kategorizimin e shtesave p\u00ebr rrezikshm\u00ebri.

3. P\u00ebrfshirja e nj\u00ebsive t\u00eb caktuara n\u00eb shtes\u00ebn p\u00ebr kushte t\u00eb tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs.

4 ligji p\u00ebr pensionim n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 55-vje\u00e7are, e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb me ligjin e FSK-s\u00eb.

5. Sigurimi jet\u00ebsor dhe rritjen e fondit n\u00eb buxhetin e policis\u00eb p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbimet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb mbulimit t\u00eb shpenzimeve p\u00ebr barna dhe sh\u00ebrbime tjera.

6. Invaliditeti i pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb PK-s\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb l\u00ebnduar gjat\u00eb kryerjes s\u00eb detyr\u00ebs zyrtare, k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb t\u00eb krijohet nj\u00eb fond apo caktohet nj\u00eb shum\u00eb e mjeteve financiare p\u00ebr shkall\u00ebn e invaliditetit.

7. P\u00ebrfshirja e stafit civil n\u00eb shtes\u00ebn p\u00ebr pun\u00eb specifike.

13. T\u00eb lejohet nj\u00eb pag\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e policis\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb nj\u00eb rast vdekje n\u00eb familjen e ngusht\u00eb.

14. P\u00ebrkujdesja p\u00ebr mir\u00ebqenien e familjeve t\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb kan\u00eb humbur jet\u00ebn gjat\u00eb kryerjes s\u00eb detyr\u00ebs zyrtare apo jan\u00eb l\u00ebnduar. Si psh, shkollimi i f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, pun\u00ebsimi i nj\u00ebrit nga f\u00ebmij\u00ebt apo an\u00ebtar\u00eb nga familja e ngusht\u00eb, sigurimi i vendbanimit n\u00ebse nuk kan\u00eb\u201d, u shpreh Zeqiri n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e tij para mediave.
