Para se t\u00eb funksionalizohen sigurimet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore publike k\u00ebrkohet funksionalizimi i Sistemit Informativ Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor.
Sistemi Informativ Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor (SISH) b\u00ebn gjenerimin, p\u00ebrpilimin, analizimin, komunikimin dhe p\u00ebrdorimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave p\u00ebr sektorin publik dhe privat sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor.
Nga viti 2011, Ministria e Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb kishte provuar fillimin e zbatimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij sistemi n\u00eb tri faza, t\u00eb cilat synoheshin t\u00eb realizohen deri n\u00eb vitin 2020. Mir\u00ebpo, ky sistem nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar.
N\u00eb seanc\u00ebn parlamentare m\u00eb 16 n\u00ebntor, gjat\u00eb shqyrtimit t\u00eb Projektligjit p\u00ebr buxhetin e vitit 2024, ministri i Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb, Arben Vitia, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se tashm\u00eb ka nisur funksionalizimi i Sistemit Informativ Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor.
Buxheti p\u00ebr sistemin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor p\u00ebr vitin 2024, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ministri Vitia, kap vler\u00ebn e 345 milion\u00eb eurove.
Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave n\u00eb Projektligjin e publikuar p\u00ebr buxhetin e vitit t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm, Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs ka ndar\u00eb rreth shtat\u00eb milion\u00eb euro p\u00ebr Sistemin Informativ Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor p\u00ebr vitin 2024. Gjithsej, i t\u00ebr\u00eb projekti vler\u00ebsohet se do t\u00eb kushtoj\u00eb rreth 47 milion\u00eb euro.

Ministri Vitia ka theksuar se p\u00ebr dekada ka pasur tentativa t\u00eb d\u00ebshtuara p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt dhe miliona euro t\u00eb shkuara d\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkak se nuk ka pasur analiz\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij sistemi.

Vitia ka sqaruar se p\u00ebr sigurime sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore nuk do t\u00eb ndahen mjete financiare nga buxheti i shtetit, por ato mjete do t\u00eb mblidhen nga t\u00eb ardhurat e secilit t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar dhe pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve.
