Qeveria gjithashtu duhet t\u00eb angazhohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb komunikim m\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb publik mbi procesin e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit n\u00eb BE\u201d.<\/p>\n
Lidhur me administrat\u00ebn publike \u201cShqip\u00ebria mbetet mesatarisht e p\u00ebrgatitur. Strategjit\u00eb e reja p\u00ebr reform\u00ebn e administrat\u00ebs publike dhe reform\u00ebn e menaxhimit t\u00eb financave publike ende nuk jan\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur dhe miratuar\u201d, thekson raporti.
