Osmani nd\u00ebrkaq tha se n\u00eb takim me zyrtaren evropiane ka k\u00ebrkuar heqjen e masave nd\u00ebshkuese, q\u00eb BE-ja vendosi pas rritjes s\u00eb tensioneve n\u00eb veri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb majit.
Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb prezantuar nj\u00eb propozim p\u00ebr draft-statutin e Asociacionit, gjat\u00eb takimeve t\u00eb diplomat\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb m\u00eb 21 tetor. BE-ja ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se ky propozim \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb model evropian.
M\u00eb 26 tetor, kryeministri i Kosov\u00ebs, Albin Kurti, dhe presidenti i Serbis\u00eb, Aleksadar Vu\u00e7iq, n\u00eb Bruksel zhvilluan takime t\u00eb ndara me zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb dhe me lider\u00ebt e Franc\u00ebs, Italis\u00eb dhe Gjermanis\u00eb.
Kurti \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur se drafti i propozuar p\u00ebr Asociaconin \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me Kushtetut\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs. Ai po ashtu ka deklaruar se ka qen\u00eb i gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruaj\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje p\u00ebr normalizimin e raporteve, por p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pajtuar Vu\u00e7iqi.
Vu\u00e7iq nd\u00ebrkaq ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se Serbia \u00ebsht\u00eb e gatshme t\u00eb respektoj\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjen drejt normalizimit \u2013 q\u00eb pal\u00ebt arrit\u00ebn m\u00eb her\u00ebt gjat\u00eb vitit \u2013 por, vet\u00ebm pjes\u00ebt q\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb njohjen e Kosov\u00ebs dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Kombet e Bashkuara.
Sa i p\u00ebrket draft-statutit p\u00ebr Asociacionin, Osmani tha se ky dokument do t\u2019i n\u00ebnshtrohet vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese dhe nuk deshi t\u00eb deklaroj\u00eb n\u00ebse ajo mendon se \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me Kushtetut\u00ebn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cN\u00eb takimin e fundit n\u00eb Bruksel [m\u00eb 26 tetor], Kosova ka treguar gjith\u00eb gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb organizohet nj\u00eb proces i n\u00ebnshkrimit, duke filluar me Marr\u00ebveshjen Baz\u00eb, sepse aty rregullohen shumica e gj\u00ebrave, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe Aneksin [e zbatimit] dhe draftin e statutit\u201d, tha Osmani.
