Kosova ishte trazuar nga lajmi se nj\u00eb pun\u00ebtor i Thesarit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dyshohet se p\u00ebrmes kat\u00ebr transaksioneve t\u00eb ndryshme, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb transferimin e mbi 2 milion\u00eb eurove t\u00eb buxhetit n\u00eb llogari t\u00eb nj\u00eb kompanie private, LDA Group Shpk.<\/strong><\/p>\n

N\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb theksohej se m\u00eb 9 tetor t\u00eb vitit 2020, Kadri Shala, si person p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs i kompanis\u00eb \u201cLDA GROUP SHPK\u201d i ka mund\u00ebsuar Labinot Grud\u00ebs, zyrtar n\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb e Financave, q\u00eb parat\u00eb nga Thesari i Shtetit n\u00eb vler\u00eb t\u00eb 2 milion\u00eb e 77 mij\u00eb e 995 eurove e 90 cent\u00eb t\u00eb transferohen n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn kompani n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjshme.<\/p>\n

Gjykata e Prishtin\u00ebs m\u00eb 07.12.2022, kishte shpallur fajtor\u00eb Labinot Grud\u00ebn dhe Kadri Shal\u00ebn, t\u00eb akuzuar p\u00ebr vjedhjen e 2 milion\u00eb eurove nga Thesari i Shtetit.Gjykata e d\u00ebnoi Labinot Grud\u00ebn me d\u00ebnim unik, d\u00ebnim me burg n\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje prej 11 viteve dhe d\u00ebnim me gjob\u00eb n\u00eb vler\u00ebn 8500 euro.Po ashtu i shqiptoi d\u00ebnimin plot\u00ebsues me t\u00eb cilin ia ndalon ushtrimin e pun\u00ebve n\u00eb funksion publik.Nd\u00ebrsa, t\u00eb pandehurin Kadri Shala gjykata e d\u00ebnoi me d\u00ebnim unik, d\u00ebnim me burg n\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje prej 10 viteve dhe d\u00ebnim me gjob\u00eb n\u00eb vler\u00eb 33 mij\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n

Gjykata n\u00eb shpallje t\u00eb vendimit njoftoi se e t\u00ebr\u00eb pasuria e fituar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjshme \u00ebsht\u00eb konfiskuar.Kujtojm\u00eb se Labinot Gruda pati pranuar faj\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn q\u00eb Prokuroria ia v\u00eb n\u00eb barr\u00eb, mir\u00ebpo gjykata e kishte refuzuar pranimin e faj\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa, Kadri Shala kishte negociuar me Prokurorin\u00eb p\u00ebr marr\u00ebveshje p\u00ebr pranimin e faj\u00ebsis\u00eb mir\u00ebpo nuk pat\u00ebn arritur nj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Prokuroria Speciale e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (PSRK), kishte ngritur aktakuz\u00eb n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb \u2013 Departamenti Special, kund\u00ebr t\u00eb pandehurve Labionot Gruda dhe Kadri Shala.<\/p>\n

Sipas prokuroris\u00eb, i pandehuri Labinot Gruda akuzohet p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cKeqp\u00ebrdorim i pozit\u00ebs apo autoritetit zyrtar\u2019\u2019, \u201cVjedhja e identitetit dhe pajisja e qasjes\u2019\u2019 si dhe \u201cShp\u00eblarje e paras\u00eb\u2019\u2019 n\u00eb bashk\u00ebkryerje me t\u00eb pandehurin Kadri Shal\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrkaq, ndaj t\u00eb pandehurit me inicialet Kadri Shala \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritur aktakuza p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb veprave penale \u201cShp\u00eblarje e paras\u00eb\u2019\u2019 nga neni 308 t\u00eb KPRK-s\u00eb, lidhur me nenin 56 t\u00eb Ligjit p\u00ebr Parandalimin e Shp\u00eblarjes se Paras\u00eb dhe Financimin e Terrorizmit, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebveprim me t\u00eb pandehurin Labinot Gruda dhe p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u2018\u2019Ndihma\u2019\u2019 nga neni 33 paragrafi 2 lidhur me paragrafin 1 t\u00eb KPRK-s\u00eb, n\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhje me vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cKeqp\u00ebrdorimi i pozit\u00ebs apo autoritetit zyrtar\u2019\u2019 nga neni 414 t\u00eb KPRK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Prokuroria Speciale njofton se si pasoj\u00eb e veprimeve inkriminuese t\u00eb t\u00eb pandehurve L.G dhe K.SH, buxhetit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs i \u00ebsht\u00eb shkaktuar d\u00ebm n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej dy milion e shtat\u00ebdhjet\u00eb e shtat\u00eb mij\u00eb e n\u00ebnt\u00ebqind e n\u00ebnt\u00ebdhjet\u00eb e pes\u00eb euro e n\u00ebnt\u00ebdhjet\u00eb cent (2,077,995.90) euro.<\/p>\n

Lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb, Prokuroria ka k\u00ebrkuar konfiskimin e kat\u00ebr (4) veturave t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb rrjedhoj\u00eb e k\u00ebtij aktiviteti kriminal, shum\u00ebn e t\u00eb hollave t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb ngrir\u00eb me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Po ashtu nga ana e t\u00eb pandehurve sipas prokuroris\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet kompensimi i humbjes apo d\u00ebmit t\u00eb shkaktuar Buxhetit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushjen e vler\u00ebs s\u00eb d\u00ebmit t\u00eb shkaktuar si rezultat i veprave penale, ose n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn, gjykata lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb konfiskoj\u00eb \u00e7do pasuri t\u00eb t\u00eb pandehurve deri n\u00eb kompensimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmit t\u00eb shkaktuar buxhetit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Ministrja e Financave n\u00eb Qeverin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, Hykmete Bajrami, gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb raportimi t\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb enjte para Komisionit Parlamentar p\u00ebr Mbik\u00ebqyrjen e Financave Publike, \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur se transferimi i mbi dy milion\u00eb eurove nga Thesari i Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb llogarin\u00eb e nj\u00eb kompanie private \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb krimi kibernetik.<\/p>\n

\u201cPas tre minutave q\u00eb jam informuar, menj\u00ebher\u00eb e kemi denoncuar rastin n\u00eb Polici. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb krim ekonomik i realizuar p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb krimi t\u00eb thell\u00eb kibernetik, ku jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb qasje t\u00eb paautorizuara, jan\u00eb tejkaluar autorizimet ligjore, \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb keqp\u00ebrdorim i detyr\u00ebs zyrtare dhe jan\u00eb thyer pass\u00ebordet (fjal\u00ebkalimet)\u201d, tha Bajrami.<\/p>\n
