{"id":338046,"date":"2023-10-03T11:35:42","date_gmt":"2023-10-03T09:35:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.prishtinapress.net\/?p=338046"},"modified":"2023-10-03T11:35:42","modified_gmt":"2023-10-03T09:35:42","slug":"cka-bejne-mbrojtja-civile-dhe-brigada-e-veriut","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.prishtinapress.org\/cka-bejne-mbrojtja-civile-dhe-brigada-e-veriut\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c7ka b\u00ebjn\u00eb \u201cMbrojtja Civile\u201d dhe \u201cBrigada e Veriut\u201d?"},"content":{"rendered":"Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs m\u00eb 29 qershor 2023, i shpalli terroriste organizatat \u201cMbrojtja Civile\u201d dhe \u201cBrigada e Veriut\u201d, t\u00eb cilat veprojn\u00eb n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs \u2013 zon\u00eb e banuar me shumic\u00eb serbe.<\/strong><\/p>\n Dy organizatat num\u00ebrojn\u00eb qindra pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb nga radh\u00ebt e komunitetit serb.<\/p>\n Kryeministri i Kosov\u00ebs, Albin Kurti, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb 3 tetor se informatat preliminare t\u00eb autoriteteve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs tregojn\u00eb se shumica d\u00ebrmuese e personave t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb sulmin ndaj Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Banjsk\u00eb t\u00eb Zve\u00e7anit jan\u00eb ose pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb organizat\u00ebs \u201cMbrojtja Civile\u201d ose t\u00eb \u201cBrigad\u00ebs Veriore\u201d.<\/p>\n Sipas ligjit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, kur organizatat shpallen terroriste, aktiviteti i tyre ndalohet menj\u00ebher\u00eb. \u00c7do aktivitet i m\u00ebtejm\u00eb i tyre do t\u00eb bartte pasoja t\u00eb r\u00ebnda ligjore.<\/p>\n \u00c7ka b\u00ebn \u201cMbrojtja Civile\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n Q\u00eb nga p\u00ebrfundimi i luft\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 1999, n\u00eb territorin e Kosov\u00ebs operojn\u00eb struktura ilegale, t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetura dhe t\u00eb financuara nga shteti i Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n Nj\u00eb nga to \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe \u201cMbrojtja Civile\u201d, e cila ka dal\u00eb publikisht n\u00eb vitin 2011.<\/p>\n At\u00ebbot\u00eb, disa njer\u00ebz me uniforma t\u00eb zeza, me mbishkrimin \u201cCivilna zashtita\u201d (Mbrojtja Civile), jan\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00ebt e Mitrovic\u00ebs s\u00eb Veriut, duke shkaktuar reagime t\u00eb shumta n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb.<\/p>\n N\u00eb n\u00ebntor t\u00eb vitit 2012, dhjet\u00ebra pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij formacioni kan\u00eb kryer ushtrime n\u00eb sheshet kryesore t\u00eb Mitrovic\u00ebs s\u00eb Veriut \u2013 komun\u00eb e banuar me shumic\u00eb serbe.<\/p>\n Nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb von\u00eb, pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb \u201cMbrojtjes Civile\u201d jan\u00eb par\u00eb edhe para qendrave t\u00eb votimit n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00eb t\u00eb Veriut, por jan\u00eb larguar nga Policia e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n \u201cMbrojtja civile\u201d n\u00eb Serbi funksionon n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme dhe roli i saj \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb reagoj\u00eb n\u00eb situata emergjente t\u00eb rrezikut, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytjet, t\u00ebrmetet e t\u00eb ngjashme.<\/p>\n Qendra Kosovare p\u00ebr Studime t\u00eb Siguris\u00eb ka vler\u00ebsuar se \u201cMbrojtja Civile\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb e rrezikshme p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, pasi q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb kryer trajnime ushtarake.<\/p>\n N\u00eb fillim, organizata ka pasur rreth 500 an\u00ebtar\u00eb, por ky num\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur n\u00eb mbi 750, m\u00eb 2013 dhe 2014.<\/p>\n Ani pse \u00ebsht\u00eb organizat\u00eb ilegale dhe e paregjistruar, Kosova ka qen\u00eb e pafuqishme ta shuaj\u00eb at\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak se nuk ka pasur autoritet t\u00eb plot\u00eb n\u00eb komunat me shumic\u00eb serbe n\u00eb veri: Mitrovic\u00eb e Veriut, Zve\u00e7an, Zubin Potok dhe Leposaviq.<\/p>\n Shuarja e \u201cMbrojtjes Civile\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb parapar\u00eb me nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje q\u00eb Kosova dhe Serbia kan\u00eb arritur n\u00eb Bruksel n\u00eb vitin 2015, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb dialogut p\u00ebr normalizimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve.<\/p>\n Deri n\u00eb vitin 2016, rreth 500 pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb saj jan\u00eb integruar n\u00eb institucionet e Kosov\u00ebs. Por, k\u00ebto t\u00eb fundit kan\u00eb shprehur vazhdimisht dyshime p\u00ebr vazhdimin e funksionimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij formacioni.<\/p>\n M\u00eb 29 maj t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, tensionet n\u00eb veri, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht n\u00eb Zve\u00e7an, kan\u00eb kulmuar n\u00eb dhun\u00eb midis protestuesve serb\u00eb dhe pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb misionit t\u00eb NATO-s n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, KFOR. Dhjet\u00ebra t\u00eb plagosur jan\u00eb raportuar n\u00eb t\u00eb dyja an\u00ebt.<\/p>\n M\u00eb 13 qershor, si i dyshuar p\u00ebr ushtrim t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs ndaj KFOR-it dhe vepra t\u00eb tjera kriminale \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar serbi Millun Millenkoviq, n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00eb t\u00eb Veriut.<\/p>\n Ministri i Brendsh\u00ebm i Kosov\u00ebs, Xhelal Sve\u00e7la, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se Millenkoviqi \u00ebsht\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs i \u201cformacionit kriminal \u2018Mbrojtja Civile\u2019 dhe prij\u00ebs i bandave kriminale\u201d n\u00eb veri.<\/p>\n \u00c7ka b\u00ebn \u201cBrigada e Veriut\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cMos u shqet\u00ebsoni! Ne jemi k\u00ebtu!
