Aktiviteti i inspektor\u00ebve vazhdoi edhe n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj jave, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht m\u00eb 4 shtator.<\/p>\n

Drejtori rajonal i ATK-s\u00eb, Besim Halili, tha p\u00ebr Radion Evropa e Lir\u00eb se shumica e bizneseve t\u00eb inspektuara, jan\u00eb t\u00eb paregjistruara, por nuk ofroi shifra konkrete.<\/p>\n

\u00c7ka ndodh n\u00ebse nuk regjistrohen?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

ATK-ja planifikon ta shtrij\u00eb inspektimin edhe n\u00eb komunat tjera me shumic\u00eb serbe n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs: Zve\u00e7an, Zubin Potok dhe Leposaviq.<\/p>\n

Halili tha se n\u00ebse bizneset nuk regjistrohen, do t\u00eb pasojn\u00eb gjoba, ose do t\u00eb regjistrohen nga vet\u00eb ATK-ja.<\/p>\n

\u201cATK-ja e ka t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e regjistrimit t\u00eb bizneseve, n\u00eb rast se ato nuk regjistrohen vet\u00eb. N\u00ebse tatimpaguesi refuzon t\u00eb regjistrohet, administrata e regjistron vet\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje tatimore, i l\u00ebshon num\u00ebr fiskal biznesit n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb rregullt dhe mund t\u00eb llogaris\u00eb n\u00eb obligimet tatimore. N\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn, [biznesi i paregjistruar] mund t\u00eb gjobitet me gjob\u00eb fillestare prej 500 eurosh\u201d, shpjegoi Halili.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb regjistruara, por pa arka fiskale<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Industris\u00eb, Nd\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe Tregtis\u00eb, n\u00eb kat\u00ebr komunat me shumic\u00eb serbe n\u00eb veri jan\u00eb t\u00eb regjistruara 3.796 biznese, q\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb veprimtari t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/p>\n

Leposaviqi \u00ebsht\u00eb komuna me numrin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb bizneseve t\u00eb regjistruara, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht 1.472; pason Zve\u00e7ani me 854, Mitrovica e Veriut me 807 dhe Zubin Potoku me 663.<\/p>\n

Por, edhe pse jan\u00eb t\u00eb regjistruara, sipas Halilit, ato nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb pajisura me pajisje elektronike fiskale, q\u00eb regjistrojn\u00eb hyrje-daljet, rrjedhimisht tatimet q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb obliguara t\u2019i paguajn\u00eb n\u00eb Administrat\u00ebn Tatimore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Halili tha se pajisja e tyre me arka fiskale do t\u00eb shqyrtohet n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb rast m\u00eb von\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Presion mbi inspektor\u00ebt serb\u00eb<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Administrata Tatimore e Kosov\u00ebs ka 13 inspektor\u00eb p\u00ebr rajonin e Mitrovic\u00ebs, prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve tre jan\u00eb t\u00eb komunitetit serb, nj\u00eb boshnjak dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Halili tha se gjat\u00eb inspektimeve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00eb t\u00eb Veriut kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm edhe inspektor\u00eb t\u00eb nacionalitetit serb, ndaj t\u00eb cil\u00ebve, si\u00e7 tha, ka pasur presion nga pronar\u00ebt e bizneseve serbe.<\/p>\n

Ai tha se gjat\u00eb dy dit\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit jan\u00eb pezulluar aktivitetet e inspektimit dhe se nj\u00eb arsye p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ka qen\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht \u201cpresioni dhe frik\u00ebsimi i inspektor\u00ebve serb\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cM\u00eb 5 shtator kam k\u00ebrkuar nga ATK-ja q\u00eb t\u00eb vijn\u00eb n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb dy inspektor\u00eb t\u00eb nacionalitetit serb nga komuna e Gra\u00e7anic\u00ebs. Po at\u00eb dit\u00eb kam pasur informat\u00eb se do t\u00eb vijn\u00eb, por m\u00eb pas m\u00eb kan\u00eb njoftuar se nuk vijn\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak se kan\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00eb pushim mjek\u00ebsor\u201d, tha Halili.<\/p>\n

REL-i pyeti n\u00eb ATK p\u00ebr arsyen e mosd\u00ebrgimit t\u00eb inspektor\u00ebve shtes\u00eb, por nuk mori p\u00ebrgjigje.<\/p>\n

\u201cUn\u00eb e kuptoj q\u00eb kan\u00eb presion, por derisa jan\u00eb inspektor\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb veprojn\u00eb\u2026 N\u00ebse i n\u00ebnshtrohemi presionit, at\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebrse ekzistojm\u00eb si institucion\u201d, u shpreh Halili.<\/p>\n

OEK: Bizneset e paregjistruara i d\u00ebmtojn\u00eb ato formale<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Kryetari i Od\u00ebs Ekonomike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Lulzim Rafuna, tha se bizneset e paregjistruara n\u00eb veri, kan\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar bizneset q\u00eb operojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb ligjore.<\/p>\n

Ai tha se mekanizmi q\u00eb drejton, p\u00ebrkrah \u00e7do iniciativ\u00eb p\u00ebr formalizimin e bizneseve, rrjedhimisht p\u00ebr eliminimin e konkurrenc\u00ebs s\u00eb padrejt\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201c[Bizneset e paregjistruara] i d\u00ebmtojn\u00eb bizneset q\u00eb l\u00ebshojn\u00eb kupon\u00eb fiskal\u00eb. Banor\u00ebt n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb \u2013 shumica serb\u00eb \u2013 q\u00eb nga paslufta m\u00eb 1999 nuk paguajn\u00eb as rrym\u00eb, as uj\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Refuzimi ka ardhur si pasoj\u00eb e mosbindjes qytetare, por edhe ndikimit t\u00eb strukturave t\u00eb ndryshme atje, q\u00eb kan\u00eb operuar n\u00ebn dirigjimin e Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n
