Kryeministri i vendit, Albin Kurti, ka kujtuar 33 vjetorin e shpalljes s\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs s\u00eb Ka\u00e7anikut, duke kujtuar ata q\u00eb dhan\u00eb kontributin n\u00eb shkrimin e saj.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kurti tha se autori i saj, profesor Gazmend Zajmi dhe nj\u00eb grup i p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga jurist\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb zot\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, u mblodh\u00ebn fshehur n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndar\u00eb detyrat mes tyre.<\/p>\n

\u201cAta do ta hartonin nj\u00eb kushtetut\u00eb demokratike p\u00ebr ta shpallur Kosov\u00ebn republik\u00eb. Kapitullin Lirit\u00eb, t\u00eb Drejtat dhe Detyrat e Njeriut dhe Qytetarit e mori p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb ta hartonte Profesor Ismet Salihu\u201d.<\/p>\n

Por, sipas Kurtit, p\u00ebr ta miratuar k\u00ebt\u00eb kushtetut\u00eb, duhej caktuar koha, gjetur vendi i duhur si dhe duhej krijuar rrethanat e p\u00ebrshtatshme, duke llogaritur ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht regjimin shtyp\u00ebs policor serb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb aso kohe.<\/p>\n

\u201cQ\u00ebllimisht u vendos q\u00eb mbledhja t\u00eb mbahej n\u00eb qytetin e Ka\u00e7anikut, q\u00ebllimisht n\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb premte dhe q\u00ebllimisht n\u00eb mbr\u00ebmje von\u00eb. Organizimi i mbledhjes s\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb Ka\u00e7anik i ishte ngarkuar nj\u00eb k\u00ebshilli t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga Hebib Shehu, Bedri Ky\u00e7yku, Fadil Raka, Refik Raka, Sabit Raka dhe Maksut Hoxha. Derisa t\u00eb vinte koha e caktuar p\u00ebr mbledhje, nj\u00eb grup i dyt\u00eb do t\u2019i sistemonte delegat\u00ebt duke i strehuar ata te familjet Shehu, Lika, Burrniku, Kuka, Shurdhani etj. Nj\u00eb grup tjet\u00ebr i p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga ish polic\u00eb, t\u00eb prir\u00eb nga Tahir \u00c7aka, e kishte p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb t\u00eb ofronte sigurin\u00eb p\u00ebr mbajtjen e mbledhjes dhe t\u00eb kujdestaronte\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cAta ishin t\u00eb armatosur dhe t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u2019i mbrojtur delegat\u00ebt n\u00eb rast se ky organizim merrej vesh nga policia. Nj\u00eb grup ishte caktuar p\u00ebr p\u00ebrcjelljen e delegat\u00ebve pas takimit. Paraprakisht ishin menduar tri rrug\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00ebrheqjen e delegat\u00ebve nga Ka\u00e7aniku: rruga e par\u00eb, ishte p\u00ebrmes Hanit t\u00eb Elezit; rruga e dyt\u00eb shkonte n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet fshatrave Gajre, Ivaj\u00eb, Kotlin\u00eb dhe Glloboqic\u00eb; si dhe rruga e tret\u00eb kalonte nga Stanet e Brrut\u00ebve n\u00eb D\u00ebrnogllav\u00eb dhe prej andej n\u00eb Bllac\u00eb\u201d, shkroi Kurti.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb tej, kreu i qeveris\u00eb tha se delegat\u00ebt q\u00eb kishin ardhur direkt n\u00eb mbledhje, priteshin te stacioni i trenit n\u00eb Ka\u00e7anik nga delegati Naser Gashi bashk\u00eb me Emin Rek\u00ebn, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt sipas tij, i shoq\u00ebronin delegat\u00ebt deri n\u00eb Sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e Kultur\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
