N\u00ebnkryetarja e Komisionit Evropian, Dubravka Shuica, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e caktuar t\u00eb kujdeset p\u00ebr demografi dhe demokraci, thot\u00eb se p\u00ebr Bashkimin Evropian, zgjidhja m\u00eb e shpejt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb migrimi i kontrolluar, sepse, si\u00e7 thot\u00eb, pa ardhjen e fuqis\u00eb pun\u00ebtore nga jasht\u00eb, ekonomia e BE-s\u00eb do t\u00eb humb\u00eb p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsit\u00eb ndaj konkurrenc\u00ebs.
Shuica, kur ka prezantuar disa her\u00eb planet e Komisionit Evropian p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrballur me k\u00ebto sfida demografike, ka konstatuar se problemi i l\u00ebvizjes s\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve dhe fuqis\u00eb pun\u00ebtore, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nga lindja drejt per\u00ebndimit, nga nj\u00eb vend i BE-s\u00eb n\u00eb tjetrin, por edhe brenda shum\u00eb vendeve \u2013 nga zonat rurale n\u00eb qytete.
Kjo, sipas Komisionit Evropian, ka thelluar edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb dallimet mes rajoneve n\u00eb aspektin demografik. Prandaj, ka t\u00ebrhequr v\u00ebrejtjen Shuica, zvog\u00eblimi i papun\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb vendet e BE-s\u00eb nuk duhet par\u00eb vet\u00ebm si gj\u00eb pozitive.
\u201cNiveli i ul\u00ebt i papun\u00ebsis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur, mes tjerash, edhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ndryshimeve demografike. Komisioni Evropian d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb investoj\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb e quan \u201cmigrim i kontrolluar\u201c dhe t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunoj\u00eb me vendet e treta, t\u00eb cilat do t\u2019i edukonin pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt p\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb hynin n\u00eb BE. Por, duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet edhe me sfid\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, sepse duke i t\u00ebrhequr t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb dhe fuqin\u00eb e kualifikuar t\u00eb pun\u00ebs drejt BE-s\u00eb, do t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb \u201cikje t\u00eb trurit\u201d n\u00eb ato vende.

Sa u p\u00ebrket vendeve an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, ato kan\u00eb qasje n\u00eb fonde t\u00eb m\u00ebdha nga politika e kohezionit, zhvillimit rural, digjitalizimit dhe edukimit.
N\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto fusha, ku BE-ja ndan dhjet\u00ebra miliarda euro n\u00eb vit, fokusi kryesor \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rritjen e shkatht\u00ebsive p\u00ebr tregun e pun\u00ebs n\u00eb zonat q\u00eb kan\u00eb probleme demografike.
N\u00eb BE jan\u00eb identifikuar 83 rajone q\u00eb kan\u00eb probleme si plakja e popullsis\u00eb dhe largimi i t\u00eb rinjve.
Vitin 2022, Komisioni Evropian e ka shpallur \u201cVit t\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve\u201c, nd\u00ebrsa vitin 2023 e ka shpallur \u201cVit t\u00eb shkatht\u00ebsive\u201c.
Problem p\u00ebr tregun e pun\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe dallimi i madh gjinor. Komisioni Evropian thot\u00eb se, aktualisht, jan\u00eb mbi 7 milion\u00eb gra q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb fare n\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs \u2013 pra as t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuara e as duke k\u00ebrkuar pun\u00eb.
Arsyet kryesore lidhen me kujdesin p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt apo p\u00ebr t\u00eb moshuarit, pasi n\u00eb shum\u00eb rajone nuk ka \u00e7erdhe t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve dhe sht\u00ebpi t\u00eb pleqve.
