Vlera e pag\u00ebs minimale n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nuk ka ndryshuar q\u00eb nga viti 2011 dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e ul\u00ebta n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, sipas Agjencis\u00eb Evropiane t\u00eb Statistikave, Eurostat.<\/p>\n

Po ashtu, ky ligj ndryshon shkall\u00ebt tatimore n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurat personale vjetore, si dhe procedur\u00ebn e vendosjes s\u00eb pag\u00ebs minimale.<\/p>\n

Ky ligj p\u00ebrcakton se vlera e pag\u00ebs minimale do t\u00eb ket\u00eb tatim zero.<\/p>\n

Por, n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb propozimi nga ky K\u00ebshill, ministri p\u00ebr Financa mund t\u00eb parashtroj\u00eb nj\u00eb propozim p\u00ebr pag\u00ebn minimale p\u00ebr Qeverin\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Sipas nj\u00eb studimi t\u00eb Institutit p\u00ebr Hulumtime t\u00eb Avancuara GAP, t\u00eb publikuar n\u00eb muajin prill, jan\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 100 mij\u00eb pun\u00ebtor\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb q\u00eb marrin pag\u00eb minimale. Mbi 94 p\u00ebr qind e tyre jan\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar n\u00eb sektorin privat.<\/p>\n

Kur do t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb edhe disa shkall\u00eb deri sa ky projektligj t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi dhe t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb ligj.<\/p>\n

Kjo p\u00ebr shkak se ky Ligj nuk e parasheh lidhjen e pag\u00ebs minimale me pensionin e veteran\u00ebve, si\u00e7 ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht, ndon\u00ebse paga miminale parashihet t\u00eb rritet n\u00eb 264 euro, veteran\u00ebt do t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb marrin pension n\u00eb vler\u00eb 170 euro, sa \u00ebsht\u00eb paga minimale momentalisht.<\/p>\n

Lidhur me veteran\u00ebt ky ligj thekson se \u2018deri n\u00eb kategorizimin p\u00ebrfundimtar t\u00eb list\u00ebs s\u00eb veteranit Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs, me propozimin e Ministris\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr financa, vendos p\u00ebr lart\u00ebsin\u00eb e shum\u00ebs s\u00eb pensioneve t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara me k\u00ebt\u00eb ligj, var\u00ebsisht nga mund\u00ebsit\u00eb buxhetore, kostoja e jetes\u00ebs dhe inflacioni eventual\u2019.<\/em><\/p>\n

Pas votimit n\u00eb Kuvend, Faton Klinaku, ushtrues detyre i kryetarit t\u00eb Organizat\u00ebs s\u00eb Veteran\u00ebve t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, e ka kritikuar k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim t\u00eb deputet\u00ebve.<\/p>\n
