Sot b\u00ebhen 12 vjet q\u00eb kur u nda nga jeta, n\u00ebnkryetarja e LDK-s\u00eb dhe deputetja Nekibe Kelmendi.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kelmendi kishte mbaruar Fakultetin Juridik n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, m\u00eb 1968. Menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas mbarimit t\u00eb studimeve, ushtroi detyr\u00ebn e gjyqtares, kurse nga viti 1974 deri m\u00eb 1976, ushtroi profesionin e avokatis\u00eb, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebshtu gruaja e par\u00eb avokate shqiptare.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb pas, s\u00ebrish ka punuar si gjyqtare deri n\u00eb vitin 1987, kur u diferencua si edhe pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e punonj\u00ebsve shqiptar\u00eb nga ana e regjimit t\u00eb Millosheviqit.<\/p>\n

Ishte nj\u00eb nga bashk\u00ebthemelueset e K\u00ebshillit p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen e t\u00eb Drejtave dhe Lirive t\u00eb Njeriut n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb nga funksionaret e larta t\u00eb Lidhjes Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Pas luft\u00ebs, nga janari i vitit 2000 deri n\u00eb n\u00ebntor vitit 2001 ka qen\u00eb bashk\u00ebdrejtuese e Departamentit t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb UNMIK-ut. Kurse, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 postit t\u00eb deputetes, ajo ka qen\u00eb edhe ministre e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Qeverin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Kelmendi ka marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb edhe n\u00eb grupin e ekspert\u00ebve n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Ekipit t\u00eb Unitetit n\u00eb negociatat p\u00ebr statusin e Kosov\u00ebs, si dhe n\u00eb grupin e ekspert\u00ebve p\u00ebr hartimin e Kushtetut\u00ebs s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
