Sipas Prokuroris\u00eb, ekziston dyshimi i arsyesh\u00ebm se t\u00eb pandehurit nga marsi i vitit 2023 e n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi edhe tani, p\u00ebrmes pik\u00ebs kufitare q\u00eb lidh Kosov\u00ebn me Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut, t\u00eb pandehurit, kalojn\u00eb vij\u00ebn kufitare duke bartur mallra dhe shmangin kontrollin doganor\u00eb, ashtu q\u00eb me mjete t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb transportit duke shfryt\u00ebzuar rrug\u00ebt ilegale n\u00ebp\u00ebr rrug\u00eb malore dhe rrug\u00eb t\u00eb tjera kontrabandojn\u00eb mallra t\u00eb em\u00ebruara si \u201cmjalt\u00eb\u201d me origjin\u00eb nga vende t\u00eb ndryshme, e cila futet n\u00eb paketime t\u00eb ndryshme dhe n\u00eb kavanoz dhe k\u00ebto mallra futen n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb duke i\u2019u shmangur kontrollit doganor\u00eb dhe kontrolleve sanitare nga AUV n\u00eb lidhje me cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre produkteve, me \u00e7\u2019 rast Dogan\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs i shkaktojn\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb konsideruesh\u00ebm material, me k\u00ebt\u00eb ekziston dyshimi i arsyesh\u00ebm q\u00eb secili ve\u00e7 e ve\u00e7 ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cKontrabandimi imallrave\u201d nga neni 311 paragrafi 1, t\u00eb Kodit Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit, gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs kohore t\u00eb lart\u00ebcekur, n\u00eb Ferizaj dhe n\u00eb vende t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00ebp\u00ebr Kosov\u00eb, mallin e kontrabanduar e v\u00ebjn\u00eb n\u00eb qarkullim p\u00ebr shitje pa u b\u00ebr\u00eb kontrolli i nevojsh\u00ebm nga enti i autorizuar- AUV n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, duke e plasuar n\u00ebp\u00ebr lokale t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00ebp\u00ebr Ferizaj dhe n\u00ebp\u00ebr vende t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb duke qen\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm se mjalti i kontrabanduar nuk i plot\u00ebson kushtet e nevojshme p\u00ebr konsum dhe se p\u00ebrmban\u00eb substanca t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin dhe paraqet rrezik t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e blen\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb produkt, me k\u00ebt\u00eb ekziston dyshimi i arsyesh\u00ebm q\u00eb secili ve\u00e7 e ve\u00e7 ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cProdhimi dhe v\u00ebnia n\u00eb qarkullim e artikujve t\u00eb d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm ushqimor\u00eb\u201d nga neni 261 1 dhe 2, t\u00eb Kodit Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
