Derisa Komuna e Mitrovic\u00ebs s\u00eb Veriut ka objektin e saj, n\u00eb tri komunat tjera deri m\u00eb tash, n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat objekte komunale kan\u00eb punuar institucionet komunale sipas sistemit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, por edhe t\u00eb ashtuquajturat organe t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme, t\u00eb cilat punojn\u00eb sipas sistemit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Mir\u00ebpo, konstituimi i kuvendeve komunale do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat objekte ku do t\u00eb zhvillohet ceremonia e betimit.<\/p>\n

Kryetar\u00ebt e komunave nuk mund ta kryejn\u00eb betimin pa funksionalizimin e asambleve komunale, para t\u00eb cilave solemnisht marrin detyr\u00ebn.\u200bKryeministri nuk qart\u00ebsoi se si do t\u00eb mund\u00ebsohet zhvillimi i procesit t\u00eb betimit.<\/p>\n

Kurti, gjithashtu, b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur se n\u00eb Komun\u00ebn e Mitrovic\u00ebs s\u00eb Veriut, ku Erden Atiq, nga radh\u00ebt e L\u00ebvizjes Vet\u00ebvendosje, ka marr\u00eb mandatin e kryetarit, jan\u00eb em\u00ebruar edhe kat\u00ebr drejtor\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Zgjedhjet n\u00eb kat\u00ebr komunat n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb banuara me shumic\u00eb serbe \u2013 Mitrovic\u00eb e Veriut, Zve\u00e7an, Leposaviq dhe Zubin Potok \u2013 u mbajt\u00ebn pasi kryetar\u00ebt paraprak\u00eb nga partia m\u00eb e madhe e serb\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Lista Serbe, dhan\u00eb dor\u00ebheqje n\u00ebntorin e kaluar.<\/p>\n

Pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e komunitetit serb gjer\u00ebsisht bojkotuan zgjedhjet e prillit dhe than\u00eb se nuk i pranojn\u00eb rezultatet, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht kryetar\u00ebt e rinj nga komuniteti shqiptar.<\/p>\n

Kurti tha se qytetar\u00ebt serb\u00eb jan\u00eb intimiduar nga Beogradi zyrtar p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos dal\u00eb n\u00eb votime, por theksoi se Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs synon t\u2019i funksionalizoj\u00eb institucionet dhe pun\u00ebn n\u00eb k\u00ebto komuna, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb garantohen sh\u00ebrbimet publike p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

\u201cKjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjedhje, \u00ebsht\u00eb obligim yni. K\u00ebt\u00eb angazhohemi ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb duke mbrojtur t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut, lirit\u00eb civile, sundimin e ligjit, pluralizmin politik, paqen dhe sigurin\u00eb n\u00eb vend, sepse t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto jan\u00eb normale n\u00eb demokraci dhe n\u00eb Republik\u00eb\u201d, u shpreh Kurti.<\/p>\n

Simiq i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb afat kryeministrit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Albin Kurti, deri m\u00eb 1 qershor p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u201cndaluar represionin, shpron\u00ebsimin, arrestimin, persekutimin dhe sulmet ndaj serb\u00ebve\u201d.<\/p>\n
