do t\u00eb arratiset, do t\u00eb pengoj\u00eb procedur\u00ebn ose do t\u00eb kryej\u00eb krime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb kund\u00ebr d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebve q\u00eb kan\u00eb ofruar d\u00ebshmi p\u00ebr ZPS-n\u00eb dhe\/ose jan\u00eb paraqitur\/do t\u00eb dalin s\u00eb shpejti para DHSK-s\u00eb mbeten t\u00eb larta.<\/p>\n \u2018\u2018Fakti q\u00eb i akuzuari ka ofruar prova inkriminuese n\u00eb deklaratat e tij, duke konfirmuar d\u00ebshmin\u00eb viva-voce t\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebve t\u00eb ZPS-s\u00eb dhe se k\u00ebto deklarata tani jan\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion t\u00eb trupit gjykues p\u00ebr q\u00ebllimet e gjykimit t\u00eb tij jan\u00eb n\u00eb vetvete nj\u00eb nxitje e mjaftueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb akuzuarin, n\u00ebse lirohet, t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb arratiset\u2019\u2019, thuhet n\u00eb parashtres\u00ebn e prokuroris\u00eb.<\/p>\n ZPS thot\u00eb se i Shala akuzohet p\u00ebr kat\u00ebr akuza p\u00ebr krime lufte dhe, n\u00ebse d\u00ebnohet, mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet me nj\u00eb d\u00ebnim t\u00eb gjat\u00eb e q\u00eb edhe prezantimi i vazhduesh\u00ebm i provave t\u00eb ZPS-s\u00eb dhe njohja e plot\u00eb e t\u00eb akuzuarit p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen kund\u00ebr tij rrit rrezikun e pengimit dhe kryerjes s\u00eb krimeve dhe s\u00eb bashku me faktin se trupi gjykues tani mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor deklaratat e m\u00ebparshme t\u00eb t\u00eb akuzuarit p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime t\u00eb gjykimit t\u00eb tij, sipas ZPS-s\u00eb, kjo rivendos ekzistenc\u00ebn e rrezikut t\u00eb arratisjes.<\/p>\n Ndryshe, gjykimi n\u00eb rastin e Pjet\u00ebr Shal\u00ebs pritet t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb m\u00eb 30 maj 2023.<\/p>\n Kurse, gjat\u00eb muajit shkurt ka filluar gjykimi ku m\u00eb 21 shkurt Prokuroria dhe mbrojtja e viktimave kan\u00eb paraqitur deklaratat e tyre hyr\u00ebse, kurse m\u00eb 22 shkurt jan\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar deklaratat hyr\u00ebse t\u00eb mbrojtjes s\u00eb Pjet\u00ebr Shal\u00ebs, si dhe deklarata pa betim e tij.<\/p>\n D\u00ebshmitari i par\u00eb ka filluar d\u00ebshmin\u00eb e tij m\u00eb 27 mars dhe e ka p\u00ebrfunduar m\u00eb 28 mars, d\u00ebshmitarja e dyt\u00eb ka filluar d\u00ebshmin\u00eb m\u00eb 28 mars dhe e ka p\u00ebrfunduar m\u00eb 29 mars, d\u00ebshmitari i tret\u00eb ka filluar m\u00eb d\u00ebshmin\u00eb m\u00eb 29 mars dhe e ka p\u00ebrfunduar m\u00eb 30 mars, n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn dit\u00eb me d\u00ebshmitarin e kat\u00ebrt.<\/p>\n Kurse, d\u00ebshmitari i pest\u00eb e filloi d\u00ebshmin\u00eb m\u00eb 1 maj, nd\u00ebrsa e p\u00ebrfundoi anuluar seanca e 31 marsit, 5 majit dhe 19 majit.<\/p>\n Ndryshe, Shala u arrestua m\u00eb 16 mars 2021, nga autoritetet belge dhe u transferua n\u00eb Hag\u00eb m\u00eb 15 prill 2021, n\u00eb
