Gjat\u00eb aplikimit t\u00eb masave t\u00eb fshehta teknike t\u00eb v\u00ebzhgimit dhe hetimit, t\u00eb pandehurit me dat\u00eb 22.12. 2021, jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb gjat\u00eb marrjes s\u00eb kamatave nga i d\u00ebmtuari.<\/p>\n

Konform dispozitave ligjore n\u00eb fuqi Prokurori i Shtetit ka propozuar edhe konfiskimin e sendeve t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar kryerjen e vepr\u00ebs dhe jan\u00eb dobi pasurore nga veprat penale, si: vetura, para t\u00eb gatshme, kartela t\u00eb bank\u00ebs, telefona, USB, kompjuter\u00eb, llaptop, akte noteriale, kontrata, CD, DVD, thika, boks t\u00eb metalit etj.<\/p>\n

Prokurori i Shtetit duke u mb\u00ebshtetur edhe n\u00eb Ligjin p\u00ebr Kompetencat e Zgjeruara p\u00ebr Konfiskimin e Pasuris\u00eb nr. 06\/L-087, ka propozuar sekuestrimin e banesave dhe veturave t\u00eb t\u00eb akuzuarve, ku ka siguruar edhe urdhrin kufizues p\u00ebrfundimtar nga ana e Gjykat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
