Ferizi, i lindur m\u00eb 01.12.1995, n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, studionte p\u00ebr shkenca kompjuterike n\u00eb Universitetin Limkokwing n\u00eb Malajzi. Ai u arrestua m\u00eb 15 shtator 2015, n\u00eb aeroportin e Kuala Lumpur, teksa po tentonte t\u00eb fluturonte p\u00ebr n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vizit\u00eb. Aktgjykimi sh\u00ebnoi fillimin e paraburgimit t\u00eb tij, i cili zgjati mbi shtat\u00eb vjet me akuza t\u00eb falsifikuara dhe akuza t\u00eb rreme votimi nga SHBA, agjencive qeveritare.<\/p>\n

Shtetet e Bashkuara. Departamenti i Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe Byroja Federale e Hetimeve u dhan\u00eb informacione t\u00eb rreme dhe mashtruese zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb malajziane, duke e akuzuar Ferizin se ishte udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs i nj\u00eb celule terroriste dhe se planifikonte t\u00eb bombardonte Malajzin\u00eb. Pas rr\u00ebfimit t\u00eb tij, U.S. Departamenti i Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb ngriti kall\u00ebzim penal kund\u00ebr Ferizit dhe k\u00ebrkoi ekstradim p\u00ebrmes INTERPOL-it sipas Konvent\u00ebs s\u00eb Traktatit t\u00eb Ekstradimit Shtetet e Bashkuara-Malajzi. Ai u burgos n\u00eb burgun Sungai Buloh t\u00eb Malajzis\u00eb dhe m\u00eb von\u00eb n\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn e Paraburgimit t\u00eb Aleksandris\u00eb n\u00eb Virxhinia gjat\u00eb procedurave paragjyq\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n

Rasti i Ferizit varej nga \u201crr\u00ebfimi i krimeve\u201d t\u00eb marra n\u00ebn tortura. N\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 19-vje\u00e7are, Ferizi u ekstradua nga Malajzia ku studionte n\u00eb Universitet dhe u ndoq penalisht n\u00eb Shtetet e Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs, vend q\u00eb nuk e shkeli kurr\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb dhe kishte pengesa gjuh\u00ebsore. Ai u d\u00ebnua me 20 vjet burg dhe u transferua n\u00eb SHBA. \u201cNj\u00ebsia e Menaxhimit t\u00eb Komunikimit\u201d fam\u00ebkeqe e Byros\u00eb s\u00eb Burgjeve.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb 1 prill 2022, gjyqtari Brinkema i dha Ferizit lirimin e dhembshur bazuar n\u00eb provat e reja t\u00eb zbuluara t\u00eb falsifikimit t\u00eb provave nga SHBA, dhe pandemia e vazhdueshme e koronavirusit.<\/p>\n
