M\u00eb 29 prill 2022, Zyra e Prokurorit t\u00eb Specializuar kishte dor\u00ebzuar nj\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshuar ndaj Hashim Tha\u00e7it, Kadri Veselit, Rexhep Selimit e Jakup Krasniqit, ku pretendohet se kat\u00ebr t\u00eb akuzuarit kan\u00eb kryer krime lufte edhe n\u00eb Gjilan<\/a>, Budakov\u00eb e Semetisht\u00eb<\/a>.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb 9 n\u00ebntor t\u00eb vitit 2020, n\u00eb paraqitjet e tyre t\u00eb para, Jakup Krasniqi<\/a> e Hashim Tha\u00e7i<\/a> jan\u00eb deklaruar t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr akuzat q\u00eb u vihen n\u00eb barr\u00eb.
