Sipas tij, dokumenti, si i till\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cfundamentalisht n\u00eb papajtueshm\u00ebri me kushtetutshm\u00ebrin\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n Kurti n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb takim ka propozuar \u201cnj\u00eb draft-vizion se si do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb ishin vlerat dhe principet dhe \u00e7far\u00eb do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb ishte korniza q\u00eb e rregullon \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e komuniteteve joshumic\u00eb, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht t\u00eb komunitetit serb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n Nj\u00eb dit\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb, m\u00eb 3 maj, ministri i Administrimit t\u00eb Pushtetit Lokal n\u00eb Qeverin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, Elbert Krasniqi, tha se ka liruar nga detyra an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Ekipit Menaxhues.<\/p>\n Presidenti i Serbis\u00eb, Aleksandar Vu\u00e7iq, ka k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulur se Kosova \u201cose do ta pranoj\u00eb at\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord n\u00eb vitin 2015 (Marr\u00ebveshja p\u00ebr parimet e Asociacionit), ose do t\u00eb jet\u00eb fundi i gjith\u00e7kaje \u201d.<\/p>\n Megjithat\u00eb, Borrell ka theksuar se me prezantimin e draft-statutit t\u00eb Asociacionit nga Ekipi Menaxhues, Kosova dhe Serbia \u201cmor\u00ebn nj\u00eb hap simbolik\u201d drejt themelimit t\u00eb Asociacionit dhe se pavar\u00ebsisht q\u00eb pal\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb pajtuar, \u201cato kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord p\u00ebr t\u2019i filluar negociatat p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e Asociacionit\u201d.<\/p>\n \u201cBashkimi Evropian do t\u00eb jap\u00eb draftin e fundit\u201d p\u00ebr Asociacionin<\/p>\n Rashit Qalaj, deputet i Partis\u00eb Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, vler\u00ebson se askush nuk ka pritur q\u00eb pala e Kosov\u00ebs do t\u00eb pajtohet me draftin p\u00ebr Asociacionin, t\u00eb cilin e ka hartuar Ekipi Menaxhues. Si\u00e7 thot\u00eb ai, p\u00ebrmbajtja e atij drafti nuk i referohet vendimit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, e cila n\u00eb vitin 2015 kishte vler\u00ebsuar se Marr\u00ebveshja p\u00ebr parimet mbi t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb formohet Asociacioni, nuk ishin n\u00eb harmoni me Kushtetut\u00ebn e vendit.<\/p>\n \u201cMir\u00ebpo, ajo q\u00eb tha zoti Borrell, mendoj se ka kuptim, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm hapi i par\u00eb i diskutimit rreth modelit apo statutit q\u00eb do t\u00eb hartohet. Un\u00eb besoj q\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb rrug\u00eb e gjat\u00eb, sepse do t\u00eb mbahen shum\u00eb takime q\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb pa sukses. M\u00eb 18 mars pal\u00ebt jan\u00eb pajtuar edhe p\u00ebr Aneksin e zbatimit t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes, e cila parasheh nj\u00eb nivel t\u00eb caktuar t\u00eb vetmenaxhimit t\u00eb komunitetit serb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n Lutfi Haziri, n\u00ebnkryetar i Lidhjes Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, thot\u00eb p\u00ebr Radion Evropa e Lir\u00eb se pas arritjes s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj marr\u00ebveshjeje, pala serbe i ka ngritur pritjet dhe ato shkojn\u00eb p\u00ebrtej Marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Brukselit t\u00eb vitit 2013 p\u00ebr formimin e Asociacionit, si dhe Marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb vitit 2015, mbi parimet p\u00ebr formimin e tij.<\/p>\n \u201cPra, 18 marsi (Marr\u00ebveshja n\u00eb Oh\u00ebr) i tejkalon k\u00ebto zotime. Marr\u00ebveshja p\u00ebr vet\u00ebmenaxhim t\u00eb komunitetit i tejkalon ato dhe ka shkaktuar pritje tjera.
