P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb foli edhe P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi i Lart\u00eb i BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Politik\u00eb t\u00eb Jashtme, Josep Borrell. \u201cNuk ofrojn\u00eb zgjidhje politike afatgjat\u00eb\u201d, tha ai, duke shtuar se kjo mund t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzim n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen.<\/p>\n

Dje n\u00eb Bruksel, me nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimin e BE-s\u00eb, jan\u00eb takuar kryeministri i Kosov\u00ebs Albin Kurti dhe presidenti i Serbis\u00eb Aleksandar Vu\u00e7iq. Ata miratuan Deklarat\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb Zhdukurit nga lufta e fundit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, derisa nuk gjet\u00ebn pajtim p\u00ebr draftin p\u00ebr Asociacionin e komunave me shumic\u00eb serbe.<\/p>\n

Sipas Kurtit \u201cgabimin e List\u00ebs Serbe nuk duhet ta paguajn\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs\u201d por vet\u00eb Lista Serbe.<\/p>\n

\u201cNatyrisht q\u00eb mua nuk m\u00eb vjen mir\u00eb q\u00eb dalja n\u00eb zgjedhjet e 23 prillit n\u00eb kat\u00ebr komunat n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb dy prej tyre edhe p\u00ebr kuvende komunale, ishte e ul\u00ebt. Mir\u00ebpo ciklet elektorale nuk jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm t\u00eb drejta p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt por jan\u00eb edhe obligime kushtetuese e ligjore. Ne i pat\u00ebm shtyr\u00eb n\u00eb dhjetor t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar p\u00ebr fund t\u00eb prillit zgjedhjet, nuk mund\u00ebm t\u2019i shtynim edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb. Dhe tash kemi kat\u00ebr kryetar\u00eb atje. Un\u00eb e kuptoj se nuk jan\u00eb kryetar\u00eb n\u00eb kuptimin normal e standard t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs, mir\u00ebpo legaliteti \u00ebsht\u00eb i domosdosh\u00ebm.<\/em><\/p>\n

Arkitektura e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nuk lejon q\u00eb qytetari t\u00eb ngelet pa komuna, nd\u00ebrkaq p\u00ebr funksionim t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve publike Ministria e Financave e Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs e ka t\u00eb domosdosh\u00ebm kryetarin e komun\u00ebs. Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, Lista Serbe ka gabuar, mir\u00ebpo gabimin e List\u00ebs Serbe nuk mund ta paguajn\u00eb edhe shteti i Kosov\u00ebs edhe qytetar\u00ebt e vendit ton\u00eb.<\/em><\/p>\n

Gabimin e List\u00ebs Serbe duhet ta paguaj\u00eb Lista Serbe. Ata \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje, jo t\u00eb bojkotojn\u00eb, sepse Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb vend demokratik e progresist me vlera evropiane dhe orientim per\u00ebndimor. Sido q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb, jemi k\u00ebtu ku jemi, nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb mandat i plot\u00eb, ne e dim\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb, pra nuk b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr mandat 4-vje\u00e7ar dhe nuk do t\u00eb jen\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs komunal\u00eb me \u201cU\u201d t\u00eb madhe, do t\u00eb jen\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs me \u201cu\u201d t\u00eb vog\u00ebl. Un\u00eb kam dh\u00ebn\u00eb instruksione q\u00eb t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb kurrfar\u00eb triumfalizmi pas k\u00ebtyre zgjedhjeve, nuk d\u00ebshiroj q\u00eb askush t\u00eb dominoj\u00eb mbi dik\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, mir\u00ebpo \u00ebsht\u00eb e domosdoshme q\u00eb k\u00ebta 4 kryetar\u00eb tash t\u00eb formojn\u00eb qeverisje q\u00eb do t\u00eb jen\u00eb multietnike, multikulturore, multipartiake dhe t\u2019iu sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve pa dallim.
