At\u00eb koh\u00eb, kryeminist\u00ebr i Kosov\u00ebs ishte Hashim Tha\u00e7i, e sipas Rexhepit, task-forca q\u00eb e arrestoi i jepte direkt p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi kryeministrit.<\/p>\n \u201cN\u00eb at\u00eb moment kohor kan\u00eb ndodhur disa gj\u00ebra q\u00eb k\u00ebrkoheshin peshqit e m\u00ebdhenj dhe si duket politik\u00ebs i ka konvenuar q\u00eb un\u00eb t\u00eb jem ai, pasi bartja funksionin e guvernatorit t\u00eb BQK-s\u00eb. Mir\u00ebpo pati varg \u00e7\u00ebshtjesh ku ne pat\u00ebm mospajtime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb caktuara, kur p\u00ebr bindjen time, politika q\u00eb ishte n\u00eb pushtet donte t\u2019i merrte n\u00ebn kontroll institucionet e pavarura, nd\u00ebr to edhe BQK-n\u00eb, ishte e interesuar t\u2019i sillnin njer\u00ebzit e vet. Ma ka th\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt, q\u00eb i kam njer\u00ebzit e mi aty\u201d,<\/em> ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Rexhepi.<\/p>\n Sipas tij, task-forca ishte instrument i politik\u00ebs.<\/p>\n Rexhepi ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb ka pasur interesa t\u00eb ngushta t\u00eb politik\u00ebs p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb \u201cn\u00eb pun\u00ebt kriminale\u201d.<\/p>\n \u201cIshte nd\u00ebrhyrje p\u00ebrmes njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. Ishim n\u00eb nj\u00eb konferenc\u00eb t\u00eb BERZH-it n\u00eb Lond\u00ebr ku mu aranzhua nj\u00eb takim q\u00eb t\u00eb takohem me k\u00ebshilltarin e kryeministrit dhe ai hapi k\u00ebt\u00eb debat q\u00eb \u2018BQK-ja investon kaq, kaq mjete, \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb investosh ku themi ne\u2019, duke m\u00eb treguar se do t\u00eb kemi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb p\u00ebrfitime nga kjo. Normalisht, e kund\u00ebrshtova rrept\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr mua i thash \u00ebsht\u00eb e papranueshme. Pastaj e kam v\u00ebrejtur q\u00eb pas nj\u00eb periudhe kohore kush q\u00ebndron prapa k\u00ebsaj. N\u00eb nj\u00eb takim q\u00eb pat\u00ebm p\u00ebr politikat e investimeve t\u00eb Trustit q\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e kriz\u00ebs globale financiare donin t\u2019i kontrollonin nga Qeveria, edhe pse sipas ligjit p\u00ebr to \u00ebsht\u00eb Bordi i Trustit, e kuptova p\u00ebrfundimisht se kush q\u00ebndronte prapa q\u00eb t\u00eb bisedonim p\u00ebr investimet\u201d,<\/em> ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Rexhepi.<\/p>\n Sipas tij, pushteti i asaj kohe ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb ka menduar se mund t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb \u00e7ka t\u00eb doj\u00eb edhe n\u00eb BQK.<\/p>\n \u201cPolitika at\u00eb koh\u00eb konsideroj se s\u2019ka pasur njohuri shum\u00eb p\u00ebr funksionet e BQK-s\u00eb dhe si funksionon sistemi. Ndoshta nganj\u00ebher\u00eb nga fuqia e pushtetit njer\u00ebzit konsiderojn\u00eb se mund t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00eb. Por s\u2019mund t\u00eb jap gjykimet p\u00ebrfundimtare pse ka ndodhur kjo\u201d<\/em>, ka treguar ai.<\/p>\n Rexhepi ka shpjeguar edhe nj\u00eb rast kur ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se ka pasur presion p\u00ebr licencime t\u00eb kompanive t\u00eb sigurimeve. Sipas tij, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast nuk ishte lejuar licencimi sepse aplikimi s\u2019ishte konform standardeve.<\/p>\n Ish-guvernatori ka nd\u00ebrlidhur ndikimin e politik\u00ebs n\u00eb BQK edhe me k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e tij p\u00ebr kthim n\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs, pas lirimit. Sipas tij, ai s\u2019ka k\u00ebrkuar kthim n\u00eb pozit\u00ebn e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb, por \u201cn\u00eb BQK s\u2019ka pasur gatishm\u00ebri t\u00eb mund\u00ebsohej kthimi\u201d.<\/p>\n Rexhepi \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur i bindur se n\u00eb rastin e tij sistemi i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb ka qen\u00eb i kontrolluar nga politika.<\/p>\n \u201cKam qen\u00eb i bindur edhe at\u00ebher\u00eb dhe sot mendoj q\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, drejt\u00ebsia ka qen\u00eb e kontrolluar prej qendrave politike, duke nisur nga policia hetuese, prokuroria e gjykatat. N\u00eb rastin tim jam i bindur se \u00ebsht\u00eb e kontrolluar. Fati i madh ka qen\u00eb q\u00eb edhe pse n\u00eb faz\u00ebn fillestare kur nisi gjith\u00e7ka, ishin gjyqtar\u00ebt vendor\u00eb, por fati i madh q\u00eb n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e m\u00ebtejme gjyqtar\u00ebt ishin t\u00eb EULEX-it dhe po konsideroja se po vepronin pavarur. Ajo i raportonte direkt kryeministrit. E di kur m\u00eb \u00e7uan n\u00eb paraburgim, isha n\u00eb at\u00eb kombin e Policis\u00eb dhe k\u00ebrkova nga polic\u00ebt t\u00eb ma thirrin policin hetues dhe ai erdhi dhe nisa t\u00eb bisedoj e a je i vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm \u00e7ka po b\u00ebni. Ai vet\u00eb m\u00eb tha \u2018b\u00ebhu i fort\u00eb se kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb politikisht\u2019. Do t\u00eb thot\u00eb ishte i ndikuar nga politika t\u00eb marr\u00eb k\u00ebso veprime dhe t\u00eb m\u00eb arrestoj\u00eb.
