Raporti p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb miratuar me 44 vota p\u00ebr, 8 kund\u00ebr dhe 3 abstenime.<\/p>\n
Raporti p\u00ebrmban pikat e p\u00ebrgjithshme ngjash\u00ebm me raportet e viteve t\u00eb shkuara, por merr parasysh edhe zhvillimet q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndodhur nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb raport mir\u00ebpritet aplikimi i Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb Bashkimin Evropian, q\u00eb reflekton orientimin pro-evropian t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb saj dhe p\u00ebrcaktimin e qart\u00eb gjeopolitik. Nd\u00ebrkaq, p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetet edhe vendimi i shum\u00ebpritur p\u00ebr liberalizimin e vizave p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs, i cili proces \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmbyllur t\u00eb mart\u00ebn m\u00eb 25 prill kur vendimi edhe \u00ebsht\u00eb botuar n\u00eb Gazet\u00ebn Zyrtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, pasi m\u00eb her\u00ebt \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar nga Parlamenti dhe K\u00ebshilli i BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Parlamenti Evropian ka insistuar p\u00ebr shum\u00eb vjet q\u00eb liberalizimi i vizave t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb sa m\u00eb shpejt. S\u00eb fundmi, \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur pajtimi edhe mes PE-s\u00eb dhe K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje.<\/p>\n
Nj\u00eb thirrje q\u00eb Parlamenti Evropian e ka p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur secilin vit n\u00eb raportet p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb tekst edhe k\u00ebsaj radhe. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb thirrja p\u00ebr njohjen e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nga t\u00eb gjitha vendet an\u00ebtare t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian.<\/p>\n
\u201cFton vendet an\u00ebtare q\u00eb nuk e kan\u00eb njohur ende Kosov\u00ebn si shtet sovran, q\u00eb ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n
Pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb jan\u00eb paraqitur shum\u00eb amendamente, sidomos nga deputet\u00ebt nga Spanja dhe vendet tjera q\u00eb nuk e njohin Kosov\u00ebn, duke tentuar q\u00eb referencat p\u00ebr shtet\u00ebsi t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb hiqen nga raporti.<\/p>\n
Sa i p\u00ebrket situat\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, n\u00eb tekst thuhet se Kosova pa pasur nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb t\u00eb stabilitetit politik pas zgjedhjeve t\u00eb vitit 2021 dhe u b\u00ebn ftes\u00eb autoriteteve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb veprime p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrballur me sfidat gjat\u00eb rrug\u00ebtimit evropian.<\/p>\n
Edhe k\u00ebtu p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet se \u201cdinamika e procesit t\u00eb integrimit do t\u00eb varet nga progresi q\u00eb do t\u00eb arrij\u00eb p\u00ebr sundimin e ligjit, t\u00eb drejtave themelore dhe normalizimin e raporteve me Serbin\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Parlamenti Evropian p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndet p\u00ebrshtatjen e Kosov\u00ebs me q\u00ebndrimet e BE-s\u00eb n\u00eb politik\u00ebn e jashtme dhe t\u00eb siguris\u00eb, sidomos d\u00ebnimin e ashp\u00ebr t\u00eb agresionit t\u00eb Rusis\u00eb ndaj Ukrain\u00ebs dhe zbatimin e sanksioneve ndaj Rusis\u00eb dhe Bjellorusis\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Gjithashtu, PE-ja mb\u00ebshtet edhe aplikimin e Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Evrop\u00ebs dhe planin e vendit p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb programin e Partneritetit p\u00ebr paqe t\u00eb NATO-s.<\/p>\n
