Nj\u00eb deklarim t\u00eb till\u00eb rreth faj\u00ebsis\u00eb, t\u00eb akuzuarit e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pas leximit t\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebs nga prokurori Ilaz Beqiri, raporton \u201cBetimi p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi\u201d.<\/p>\n

Pasi t\u00eb akuzuarit u deklaruan t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm, gjykat\u00ebsi G\u00ebzim Ademi, i njoftoi se t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb q\u00eb brenda afatit prej 30 dit\u00ebsh mund t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtimin e provave si dhe t\u00eb paraqesin k\u00ebrkes\u00eb p\u00ebr hudhje t\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Ndryshe, seanca e kaluar ishte shtyr\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak se t\u00eb akuzuarit dhe mbrojt\u00ebsit e tyre nuk ishin t\u00eb pajisur me shkresa t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Prokuroria Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb m\u00eb 28 prill 2021, kishte ngritur aktakuz\u00eb ndaj t\u00eb pandehurve Isak Berisha, Alban Alija, Shega Konjufca, Arbeta Kryeziu, Durim Mustafa, Granit Asllani dhe Mirsad Malisheva, sepse m\u00eb 22 tetor 2017, pas or\u00ebs 19:00 n\u00eb vendvotimin nr.1301X\/03R, i cili gjendet n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn e mesme \u201cUlpiana\u201d, n\u00eb Lipjan, t\u00eb pandehurit n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes paraprake, gjat\u00eb num\u00ebrimit t\u00eb votave, kan\u00eb falsifikuar rezultatet e votimit p\u00ebr kandidat\u00eb t\u00eb Kuvendit Komunal t\u00eb Lipjanit.<\/p>\n

Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, i pandehuri Isak Berisha, n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e kryetarit t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb vendvotimit dhe t\u00eb pandehurit Alban Alija, Shega Konjufca, Arbeta Kryeziu, Durim Mustafa, Granit Asllani dhe Mirsad Malisheva, an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb vendvotimit, kan\u00eb falsifikuar rezultatet e votimit, duke manipuluar me 76 votat e kandidat\u00ebve brenda p\u00ebrbrenda subjektit t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb politik.<\/p>\n

Tutje, sipas aktit akuzues thuhet se kandidat\u00ebve t\u00eb preferuar t\u00eb tyre u kan\u00eb shtuar; PD 6 vota, Fjala 60 vota, PDK 10 vota, po ashtu kan\u00eb hequr p\u00ebr: PDK 14 vota; LDK 8 vota, t\u00eb cilat i kan\u00eb bartur n\u00eb formularin e p\u00ebrputhjes s\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave dhe rezultateve.<\/p>\n
