Prokuroria ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se i ka edhe 311 d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, por jo domosdo t\u00eb gjith\u00eb do t\u00eb flasin para gjykat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n Ka kaluar m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb jav\u00eb prej kur n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Speciale n\u00eb Hag\u00eb nisi gjykimi ndaj kat\u00ebr ish-udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve politik\u00eb e ushtarak\u00eb t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Procesi gjyq\u00ebsor q\u00eb pritet t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb me vjet, nisi me fjal\u00ebt hyr\u00ebse t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb dhe avokat\u00ebve t\u00eb Hashim Tha\u00e7it, Kadri Veselit, Rexhep Selimit dhe Jakup Krasniqit.<\/p>\n Nga 3 prilli, p\u00ebr tri dit\u00eb, Prokuroria e promovoi l\u00ebnd\u00ebn e saj, nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb kat\u00ebr ish-epror\u00ebt e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb u deklaruan t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n K\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb mart\u00eb, gjykimi vazhdoi me d\u00ebshmin\u00eb e d\u00ebshmitares s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb paraqitur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gjykim. Ajo ka tri dit\u00eb q\u00eb po iu p\u00ebrgjigjet pyetjeve t\u00eb avokat\u00ebve t\u00eb t\u00eb akuzuarve.<\/p>\n P\u00ebr dallim prej tri dit\u00ebve t\u00eb para t\u00eb gjykimit, p\u00ebr tri seancat e k\u00ebsaj jave publiku nuk di asgj\u00eb.
