N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast po akuzohen 15 t\u00eb pandehur, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt gjenden n\u00ebn mas\u00ebn e paraburgimit q\u00eb nga muaji maj 2022.<\/p>\n
Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiluar m\u00eb 10 shkurt 2023 nga Prokuroria Themelore e Ferizajt, t\u00eb pandehurit Sahit Shabani, Afrim Dernjani, Serkan Zafer, Valdrin Neziri, Besim Hyseni, Faruk Diri, Avdylvehap Diri, Murat Yilmaz, Halit Irez dhe Syleyman Yruk, thuhet se nga muaji prill 2022, e deri m\u00eb 23 maj 2022, paautorizim n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e t\u00eb pandehurit Besim Hyseni fshatin Firaj, Komuna Sht\u00ebrpce dhe n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e t\u00eb pandehurit Mufail Shabani, n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cSuksesi\u201d, n\u00eb fshatin Varosh, Komuna Ferizaj, kan\u00eb prodhuar substanca narkotike t\u00eb llojit heroin\u00eb dhe at\u00eb 67.5 kilogram, nd\u00ebrsa 25.5, kilogram nuk kishin arritur ta prodhonin.<\/p>\n
Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, t\u00eb pandehurit Sahit Shabani, Afrim Dernjani, Valdrin Neziri dhe Serkan Zafer, kishin organizuar transportin e l\u00ebnd\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb narkotikut t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e kishin sjell\u00eb nga Irani p\u00ebrmes Turqis\u00eb-Greqis\u00eb dhe Maqedonis\u00eb Veriore, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e kishin vendosur n\u00eb nj\u00eb depo n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cAstrit Bytyqi\u201d, pastaj kishin improvizuar nj\u00eb laborator p\u00ebr prodhimin e heroin\u00ebs n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e t\u00eb pandehurit Besim Hyseni n\u00eb fshatin Firaj, dhe kishin filluar t\u00eb furnizohen me vegla, t\u00eb cilat i k\u00ebrkonte i pandehuri Abdylvehap Diri.<\/p>\n
Tutje, sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, m\u00eb dat\u00ebn 7 maj 2022, n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb kishte ardhur edhe i pandehuri Serkan Zafer, i cili gjat\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit pes\u00eb ditor p\u00ebrve\u00e7 takimeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme me t\u00eb pandehurit Sahit, Afrim dhe Avdylvehap, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjes sa m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb kushteve p\u00ebr prodhimin e heroin\u00ebs, m\u00eb 8 maj 2022, s\u00eb bashku me Sahitin ishte takuar edhe me personin me emrin Valon Sylqa, nga i cili kishin siguruar pes\u00eb bidona, secili me pesh\u00eb prej 50 litra, si dhe 8 bidona, secili me pesh\u00eb prej 10 litra t\u00eb mbushur me likuid t\u00eb l\u00ebngsh\u00ebm, (prekusor p\u00ebr prodhimin e heroin\u00ebs), e t\u00eb cil\u00ebt pas dy dite me dy automjete i kishin marr\u00eb t\u00eb pandehurit Afrim dhe Sefedin Dernjani, t\u00eb cilat i d\u00ebrgonin n\u00eb fshatin Firaj.<\/p>\n
Tutje, sipas aktit akuzues, m\u00eb 13 maj 2022, n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb kishte ardhur i pandehuri Faruk Diri, nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb 15 maj 2022, n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb kishin ardhur edhe t\u00eb pandehurit Halit Irez dhe Murat Yilmaz, dhe m\u00eb 18 maj 2022, kishte filluar procesi i prodhimit t\u00eb heroin\u00ebs, mir\u00ebpo m\u00eb 20 maj 2022, pasi t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit kishin dyshuar se policia iu kishte v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb gjurm\u00eb, t\u00eb pandehurit Afrim, Besim, Valdrin, nga Firaja kishin t\u00ebrhequr narkotikun t\u00eb cil\u00ebt deri n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb e kishin prodhuar dhe pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb pap\u00ebrpunuar dhe i kishin d\u00ebrguar n\u00eb fshatin Varosh, n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e t\u00eb pandehurit Mufail Shabani.<\/p>\n
M\u00eb tej thuhet se, pasi n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb kishin ardhur s\u00ebrish t\u00eb pandehurit Zafer Serkan dhe Sylejman Yuruk, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin takuar me t\u00eb pandehurit Sahit, Afrim dhe Abdylvehap, ky i fundit pas k\u00ebtij takimi pastaj s\u00eb bashku me Faruk Diri dhe Murat Yilmaz kishin rifilluar prodhimin e heroin\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
Kurse m\u00eb 23 maj 2022, sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, policia kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb bastisjen e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb t\u00eb pandehurit Mufail Shabani, ku jan\u00eb gjetur sasia prej 67.71, kilogram narkotik\u00eb t\u00eb llojit heroin\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb 30 gusht 2022, n\u00eb nj\u00eb sht\u00ebpi t\u00eb pabanuar n\u00eb fshatin Doganaj ishte gjetur edhe nj\u00eb sasi prej rreth 25.5 kilogram\u00eb narkotik t\u00eb pap\u00ebrpunuar gjegj\u00ebsisht, me p\u00ebrb\u00ebrje morfin\u00eb dhe kodein.<\/p>\n
Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast t\u00eb lartcekurit ngarkohen se kan\u00eb kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cProdhimi dhe p\u00ebrpunimi i paautorizuar i narkotik\u00ebve, substancave psikotrope, analoge apo veglave, pajisjeve apo materialeve narkotike nga neni 268 par 1 dhe par 4 lidhur me nenin 275 par 1 n\u00ebn par 1.1 dhe 1.9 t\u00eb KPRK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs i pandehuri Sefedin Dernjani, me dashje dhe dijeni t\u00eb aktivitetit kriminal q\u00eb kryhej q\u00eb nga data 27 prill 2022, kishte ofruar ndihm\u00eb logjistike n\u00eb procesin e prodhimit t\u00eb heroin\u00ebs, duke u p\u00ebrkujdesur q\u00eb t\u00eb gjej\u00eb depon ku fillimisht ishin vendosur thas\u00ebt n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kishte qen\u00eb e vendosur edhe l\u00ebnda e par\u00eb baz\u00eb e heroin\u00ebs, kishte kontraktuar personat p\u00ebr zbrazjen e thas\u00ebve t\u00eb \u00e7ajit, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kishte qen\u00eb e vendosur l\u00ebnda baz\u00eb e heroin\u00ebs, po ashtu s\u00eb bashku me t\u00eb pandehurin Afrim Dernjani n\u00eb aeroportin e Shkupit e kishte marr\u00eb t\u00eb pandehurin Abdylvehap Diri, kishte marr me qera automjet, i cili ishte shfryt\u00ebzuar nga i pandehuri Afrim Dernjani.<\/p>\n
Gjithashtu, thuhet se ata kishte kontraktuar edhe d\u00ebshmitarin Agron Berisha, me t\u00eb cilin s\u00eb bashku edhe me t\u00eb pandehurin Afrim Dernjani dhe personin me emrin Samet Drnjani, n\u00eb Pej\u00eb kishin marr bidonat t\u00eb mbushur me prekusor p\u00ebr prodhimin e narkotik\u00ebve.<\/p>\n
Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast i pandehuri Dernjani ngarkohet se ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cNdihm\u00eb n\u00eb kryerjen e vepr\u00ebs penale, Prodhimi dhe p\u00ebrpunimi i paautorizuar i narkotik\u00ebve, substancave psikotrope, analoge apo veglave, pajisjeve apo materialeve narkotike\u201d nga neni 268 par 1 dhe par 4 lidhur me nenin 275 par 1 n\u00ebn par 1.1 dhe 1.9 t\u00eb KPRK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Gjithnj\u00eb sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, i pandehuri Mufail Shabani, q\u00eb nga data 20 maj e deri m\u00eb 23 maj 2022, n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cSuksesi\u201d, n\u00eb fshatin Varosh, me dashje dhe dijeni t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb aktivitetit i cili do t\u00eb kryhej, kishte l\u00ebshuar me qera katin e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb tij, t\u00eb pandehurit Sahit Shabani, q\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzohej si laborator p\u00ebr prodhimin e heroin\u00ebs, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn sht\u00ebpi ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrpunimi final i narkotik\u00ebve, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin p\u00ebrpunim kishin marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb pandehurit Abdylvehap Diri, Murat Yilmaz dhe Faruk Diri, ku edhe ishte gjetur dhe sekuestruar sasia e narkotik\u00ebve prej 67.5 kilogram heroin\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Tutje, n\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb thuhet se i pandehuri Atif Shabani m\u00eb 22 maj 2022, pasi t\u00eb pandehurit Sahit Shabani dhe Afrim Dernjani i kishin nxjerr\u00eb nga automjeti \u201cOpel Astra\u201d dy thas\u00eb t\u00eb cilat i kishin marr n\u00eb fshatin Firaj, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb parandalimit apo fshehjes s\u00eb provave, fillimisht rreth or\u00ebs 10:44, kishte marr\u00eb dy thas\u00eb t\u00eb bardh\u00eb t\u00eb cilat i kishte vendosur n\u00eb nj\u00eb karroc\u00eb, e pastaj i kishte d\u00ebrguar tek sht\u00ebpia e t\u00eb pandehurit Mufail Shabni, nd\u00ebrsa rreth or\u00ebs 16:15 nga sht\u00ebpia e tij kishte d\u00ebrguar me karroc\u00eb n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e t\u00eb pandehurit Mufail Shabani, nj\u00eb bombol gazi dhe nj\u00eb en\u00eb t\u00eb madhe.<\/p>\n
Me k\u00ebt\u00eb ai akuzohet se ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cPengimi i t\u00eb provuarit n\u00eb procedur\u00ebn zyrtare\u201d, nga neni 386 par 2 t\u00eb KPRK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Nd\u00ebrsa, i pandehuri Selman Shabani m\u00eb 22 maj 2022, n\u00eb mbr\u00ebmje me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb pandehurit Sahit Shabani, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb parandalimit apo fshehjes s\u00eb provave ka shkuar n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi dhe nga kati i dyt\u00eb babai i tij Mufail Shabani, ku kishte qen\u00eb duke prodhuar narkotik shtetasit turk, i cili kishte marr tre thas\u00eb, i kishte vendosur n\u00eb karroc\u00eb, dhe i kishte d\u00ebrguar s\u00ebrish te Sahit Shabani.<\/p>\n
