Aktivistja e njohur serbe p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut, Natasha Kandiq, themeluese e Fondit p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebn Humanitare, n\u00eb vitin 2002 kishte publikuar nj\u00eb shkrim ku tregonte disa ngjarje trondit\u00ebse, t\u00eb cilat i kishte p\u00ebrjetuar gjat\u00eb dhe pas luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ajo publikoi nj\u00eb shkrim me detaje trondit\u00ebse, pasi ish gjyqtarja serbe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Danica Marinkoviq, e kishte mohuar vrasjen e n\u00ebnkryetarit t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, Fehmi Aganit, nga forcat shtet\u00ebrore serbe.<\/p>\n

Pas k\u00ebsaj, Natasha Kandiq, kishte publikuar nj\u00eb shkrim te gjat\u00eb, ku kishte ofruar prova trondit\u00ebse p\u00ebr vrasjen e Fehmi Aganit nga forcat serbe, si dhe k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimet q\u00eb ajo i p\u00ebrjetoi nga policia serbe n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e ngritjes s\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebs p\u00ebr Sllobodan Millosheviqin.<\/p>\n

Ajo kishte treguar se si forcat zyrtare serbe e kishin k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar se do ta vrasin dhe do t\u2019ia veshin fajin U\u00c7K-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cPor, m\u00eb 27 maj 1999, dit\u00ebn kur u b\u00eb publike aktakuza kund\u00ebr Millosheviqit, isha rrug\u00ebs p\u00ebr n\u00eb Prizren p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb gruan dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebn e redaktorit t\u00eb gazet\u00ebs Koha Ditore, kur policia m\u00eb ndaloi n\u00eb nj\u00eb postbllok n\u00eb Lipjan. M\u00eb k\u00ebrkuan let\u00ebrnjoftim dhe kontrolluan makin\u00ebn n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn gjet\u00ebn raporte t\u00eb FDH-s\u00eb p\u00ebr shkelje t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut. Ata kontaktuan menj\u00ebher\u00eb me Sigurimin e Shtetit dhe m\u00eb \u00e7uan n\u00eb nj\u00eb sht\u00ebpi q\u00eb sh\u00ebrbente si seli e tyre, ku dy inspektor\u00eb m\u00eb mor\u00ebn n\u00eb pyetje p\u00ebr or\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebra. Shoferi im u mbajt ve\u00e7mas dhe u tha se do t\u00eb vritej si t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb flisnin anglisht. Kur thash\u00eb se ku po shkoja dhe pse, ata filluan t\u00eb b\u00ebrtisnin se jam spiune dhe tradhtare dhe se nuk do t\u00eb m\u00eb linin t\u2019i p\u00ebrcillja shqiptar\u00ebt. Duke k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar se do t\u00eb m\u00eb akuzonin p\u00ebr spiunazh, ata than\u00eb se do t\u00eb zhdukesha nat\u00ebn dhe do t\u2019i tregonin publikut se jam zhdukur n\u00eb territorin e kontrolluar nga U\u00c7K-ja. Un\u00eb sugjerova q\u00eb ata t\u00eb konsiderojn\u00eb besueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e nj\u00eb raporti p\u00ebr zhdukjen e nj\u00eb aktivisti t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb dit\u00ebn kur u b\u00eb publike aktakuza e Millosheviqit\u201c<\/em>, theksonte Kandiq n\u00eb vitin 2002.<\/p>\n

Natasha Kandiq m\u00eb tutje i kishte reaguar ashp\u00ebr ish-gjyqtares serbe Danica Marinkoviq p\u00ebr vrasjen e profesor Fehmi Aganit, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cGjyqtarja Marinkoviq e vendos veten si mbrojt\u00ebse e viktimave serbe dhe policis\u00eb serbe, por p\u00ebrpjekjet e saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb manipuluar opinionin publik jan\u00eb t\u00eb kota. Nga policia dihet se kush e vrau Fehmi Aganin, kush \u00e7far\u00eb b\u00ebri n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, kush q\u00eblloi me arm\u00eb, kush hoqi kufomat, kush pla\u00e7kiti nga kamioni, kush i solli urdhrat nga Beogradi dhe i p\u00ebrcolli lavd\u00ebrimet dhe shprehjet e presidentit<\/em>\u201c.<\/p>\n

\u201cGjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb polic po dalin me at\u00eb q\u00eb ka ndodhur realisht n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Prej tyre kam d\u00ebgjuar p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebr vrasjen e Fehmi Aganit. Kam d\u00ebgjuar edhe prej tyre se urdhrat e likuidimit nuk jepeshin vet\u00ebm nga komandant\u00ebt e policis\u00eb dhe ushtarak\u00ebve. M\u00eb than\u00eb se Danica Marinkoviq personalisht ka urdh\u00ebruar q\u00eb t\u00eb pushkatohen disa t\u00eb plagosur t\u00eb familjes Ahmeti m\u00eb 28 shkurt 1998 n\u00eb fshatin Likosane. M\u00eb pas, nj\u00eb gjyqtare hetuese, ajo erdhi p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer nj\u00eb hetim n\u00eb terren s\u00eb bashku me Jovica Jovanoviq, z\u00ebvend\u00ebsprokurorin e qarkut dhe nj\u00eb ekip hetuesish. Jasht\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb Ahmetit kishte nj\u00eb grumbull kufomash n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat disa burra ende jepnin shenja jete.
