N\u00eb nj\u00eb bised\u00eb me Ekonomia Online, Shahini thot\u00eb se Qeveria Kurti po mburret p\u00ebr rritjen e t\u00eb hyrave n\u00eb buxhet, por n\u00eb fakt ato para jan\u00eb \u201cngujuar\u201d pasi nuk ka investime kapitale dhe qarkullim t\u00eb paras\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cKur kihet parasysh se gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kohe ne vet\u00ebm kemi pasur shtrenjtim t\u00eb \u00e7do sektori, t\u00eb \u00e7do produkti, t\u00eb \u00e7do sh\u00ebrbimi dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebto sh\u00ebrbime \u00ebsht\u00eb paguar TVSh-ja dhe tatimi n\u00eb fitim, dhe kjo ka ndikuar duksh\u00ebm pozitivisht n\u00eb rritjen e t\u00eb hyrave n\u00eb buxhetin e Kosov\u00ebs, por edhe n\u00eb buxhetin i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u mbajtur n\u00ebp\u00ebr banka dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u shpenzuar\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cJan\u00eb rreth 760 milion\u00eb euro t\u00eb cilat tashm\u00eb jan\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr e q\u00eb Qeveria nuk ka ditur t\u2019i shpenzoj\u00eb dhe nuk po i shpenzon. Kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr mburrje se #ne kemi para dhe nuk po i shpenzojm\u00eb\u2019. Por kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mang\u00ebsi, pasi po marrim para nga qytetar\u00ebt dhe nuk kemi projekte p\u00ebr t\u2019i shpenzuar\u201d.<\/p>\n

Sipas tij, r\u00ebnia ekonomike nga 10.7 p\u00ebr qind sa ishte n\u00eb vitin 2021, i cili ishte vit i hapjes pas pandemis\u00eb, ra n\u00eb rreth 3 p\u00ebr qind n\u00eb vitin 2022 pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr munges\u00eb t\u00eb investimeve kapitale.<\/p>\n

\u201cFlasim p\u00ebr nj\u00eb ekonomi e cila kryesisht varet nga importi dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb vit p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb Kosova ka nj\u00eb eksport mbi 850 milion\u00eb euro, q\u00eb ky \u00ebsht\u00eb produkt i bizneseve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb kan\u00eb gjetur mund\u00ebsi dhe tregje, kemi rritje t\u00eb importeve nga t\u00eb gjitha an\u00ebt, kemi rritje t\u00eb t\u00eb hyrave nga buxheti p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rritjes s\u00eb baz\u00ebs, kemi rritje t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha produkteve, t\u00eb rritjes s\u00eb energjis\u00eb pothuajse dyfish e q\u00eb kjo e ka dob\u00ebsuar shum\u00eb fuqin\u00eb bler\u00ebse\u201d, u shpreh Shahini.<\/p>\n
