T\u00eb shtun\u00ebn n\u00eb Oh\u00ebr, n\u00eb takimin me presidentin serb, Aleksandar Vu\u00e7iq, ai u pajtua p\u00ebr aneksin e zbatimit t\u00eb propozimit europian, i cili p\u00ebrmban edhe \u201cnj\u00eb nivel t\u00eb duhur t\u00eb vet\u00ebmenaxhimit\u201d p\u00ebr serb\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n Kosova u pajtua q\u00eb t\u00eb nis\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb pun\u00ebn p\u00ebr sigurimin e nj\u00eb niveli t\u00eb duhur t\u00eb vet\u00ebmenaxhimit p\u00ebr serb\u00ebt n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Kjo besohet se ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me formimin e Asociacionit t\u00eb komunave me shumic\u00eb serbe.<\/p>\n Pas takimit, shefi i diplomacis\u00eb s\u00eb Bashkimit Europian, Josep Borrell tha se Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb pajtuar \u201cq\u00eb t\u2019i nis\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb negociatat me BE-n\u00eb\u201d p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar \u201cnj\u00eb nivel t\u00eb duhur t\u00eb vet\u00ebmenaxhimit p\u00ebr komunitetin serb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n Kryeministri Kurti, i pyetur p\u00ebr Asociacionin, tha pas takimit se b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr \u201cnj\u00eb nivel adekuat t\u00eb vet\u00ebmenaxhimit t\u00eb komunitetit serb\u201d dhe \u201cjo p\u00ebr vet\u00ebqeverisje\u201d.<\/p>\n Megjithat\u00eb, aneksi specifikon se kjo duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me obligimet nga marr\u00ebveshjet e m\u00ebhershme n\u00eb dialog, ku p\u00ebrfshihet edhe ajo p\u00ebr Asociacionin.<\/p>\n BE-ja dhe SHBA-ja k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb tani q\u00eb marr\u00ebveshja e dakorduar t\u00eb zbatohet me shpejt\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n I d\u00ebrguari i Shteteve t\u00eb Bashkuara p\u00ebr Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, Gabriel Escobar, tha se Kosova dhe Serbia duhet t\u00eb nisin menj\u00ebher\u00eb zbatimin e marr\u00ebveshjes drejt normalizimit t\u00eb raporteve. Gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb diskutimi virtual me gazetar\u00eb, ai tha t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn rruga europiane e t\u00eb dyja vendeve kusht\u00ebzohet me k\u00ebt\u00eb.<\/p>\n Para takimit t\u00eb Ohrit, BE-ja ia kishte ofruar Kurtit 16 modele europiane p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e pakicave, ku ai mund t\u00eb shoh\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb kompetenca mund t\u2019i jepen Asociacionit t\u00eb komunave me shumic\u00eb serbe. Ato modele Kurti kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb se po i shqyrtonin.<\/p>\n Para nj\u00eb jave, Kurti tha se nga k\u00ebto modele \u201cmund t\u00eb marrim elemente\u201d dhe se \u201cato po trajtohen\u201d nga k\u00ebshilltar\u00ebt e tij dhe nga disa prej ministrave p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb se \u201c\u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e favorshme\u201d.<\/p>\n \u201cNatyrisht, kushtetutshm\u00ebria, ligjshm\u00ebria, barazia, funksionimi i shtetit jan\u00eb di\u00e7ka me t\u00eb cilat ne nuk b\u00ebjm\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb askund kompromis\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Kurti para gazetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n BE dhe SHBA: Asociacioni do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet<\/p>\n Presioni nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr themelimin e Asociacionit \u00ebsht\u00eb shtuar duksh\u00ebm s\u00eb fundmi. Emisar\u00ebt Miroslav Laj\u00e7ak dhe Gabriel Escobar e kan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb Asociacionin e komunave me shumic\u00eb serbe n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb tyre para takimit, duke iu k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebve q\u00eb t\u00eb tregohen konstruktiv\u00eb p\u00ebr ta gjetur nj\u00eb kompromis.<\/p>\n Para takimit n\u00eb Oh\u00ebr, Laj\u00e7ak ishte n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dhe Beograd dhe pasi u takua me t\u00eb dy lider\u00ebt, tha p\u00ebr televizionin publik serb se Asociacioni do t\u00eb krijohet.<\/p>\n \u201cAutoriteti m\u00eb i lart\u00eb i BE-s\u00eb thot\u00eb se duhet t\u00eb krijohet Asociacioni. SHBA thot\u00eb q\u00eb Asociacioni duhet t\u00eb krijohet. Pra duhet t\u00eb krijohet Asociacioni dhe do t\u00eb krijohet\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Laj\u00e7ak.<\/p>\n Ai ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se \u201cn\u00ebse nuk ka Asociacion, nuk ka marr\u00ebveshje dhe nuk ka normalizim\u201d.<\/p>\n Duke iu p\u00ebrgjigjur pyetjeve p\u00ebr modelet e Asociacionit, Laj\u00e7ak ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se ajo q\u00eb u n\u00ebnshkrua n\u00eb vitin 2013 dhe 2015 nuk u zbatua, por ka theksuar se \u201ck\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb\u201d.
