Nacionale m\u00ebson <\/b>se nj\u00eb grua e ka denoncuar Krasniqin n\u00eb Policin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb qershor t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar p\u00ebr ngacmim dhe sulm seksual.<\/p>\n

Denoncuesja, ka deklaruar n\u00eb Policin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, se i dyshuari Besfort Krasniqi, ka filluar q\u00eb ta ngacmoj\u00eb m\u00eb fjal\u00eb q\u00eb nga koha kur ky i fundit ka marr\u00eb pozit\u00ebn e sekretarit t\u00eb Fakultetit Filologjik. N\u00eb fillim ngacmimet kan\u00eb filluar m\u00eb fjal\u00eb nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb momente t\u00eb caktuara, ka tentuar q\u00eb ta prek\u00eb me duar n\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb trupit.<\/p>\n

Mir\u00ebpo, Krasniqi nuk ka ndaluar me kaq pasi sipas padit\u00ebses, n\u00eb raste t\u00eb ndryshme i akuzuari ka mbyllur der\u00ebn e zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb tij m\u00eb \u00e7el\u00ebs dhe pa d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e saj e ka mb\u00ebshtetur p\u00ebr muri, ku ka tentuar q\u00eb ta puth\u00eb m\u00eb zor.<\/p>\n

Krasniqi, sipas padit\u00ebses, ka d\u00ebshiruar q\u00eb k\u00ebta t\u00eb dy t\u00eb kryejn\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie seksuale n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn e saj dhe pastaj t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb hotel.<\/p>\n

Si duket Krasniqit, k\u00ebto refuzime nuk i kan\u00eb b\u00ebre p\u00ebrshtypje, pasi q\u00eb ai m\u00eb von\u00eb ka filluar q\u00eb t\u2019i shkruaj viktim\u00ebs edhe n\u00eb aplikacionin Viber, ku n\u00eb fillim bisedat kan\u00eb qen\u00eb kolegiale por m\u00eb von\u00eb kan\u00eb kaluar ne biseda eksplicite ku Krasniqi m\u00eb raste t\u00eb ndryshme i \u00ebsht\u00eb drejtuar viktim\u00ebs m\u00eb fjal\u00eb si \u2018\u2019Ti hongsha c****\u2019\u2019, \u2018\u2019Qa te kisha q* fort\u2019\u2019 etj.<\/p>\n

Sipas saj, k\u00ebto sjellje t\u00eb Krasniqit e kan\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuar, dhe e nj\u00ebjta m\u00eb pas ka k\u00ebrkuar ndihm\u00eb edhe nga dekanja e fakultetit Lindita Rugova dhe nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e stafit akademik t\u00eb Fakultetit Filologjik.<\/p>\n

Nacionale ka tentuar q\u00eb t\u00eb kontaktoj\u00eb m\u00eb zonj\u00ebn Rugova, mir\u00ebpo e nj\u00ebjta ka qen\u00eb e pa qasshme.<\/p>\n

Rugova \u00ebsht\u00eb ftuar n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e d\u00ebshmitare<\/b>s nga Policia e Kosov\u00ebs, por e nj\u00ebjta ka ofruar si d\u00ebshmi se \u00ebsht\u00eb e s\u00ebmure dhe nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb prezente.<\/p>\n

Rugova, n\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn e denoncueses p\u00ebrmendet m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb her\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Sipas saj, dekanja e fakultetit kishte k\u00ebrkuar nga denoncuesja<\/b> q\u00eb t\u00eb liroj\u00eb pun\u00ebn n\u00eb momentin kur kjo e fundit i ka treguar videot t\u00eb cilat posedon, ku shihet Krasniqi duke e prekur pa d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e saj\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Sipas saj, kjo gjendje ka vazhduar p\u00ebr vite t\u00eb t\u00ebra dhe se ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb frik\u00ebsuar ta lajm\u00ebroj\u00eb rastin me koh\u00eb, pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb frik\u00ebsuar se do ta largoj\u00eb at\u00eb prej pune, e sidomos ne k\u00ebta tre-kat\u00ebr muajt e fundit kur Besfort Krasnqi ka konkurruar p\u00ebr pozit\u00ebn e sekretarit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb UP-s\u00eb, pozit\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e ka marr dje.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa ne an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, Besfort Krasniqi, n\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb para hetuesve ka deklaruar se dekanja e fakultetit nuk i ka treguar p\u00ebr ankes\u00ebn e denoncueses, sepse nuk ka se \u00e7far\u00eb t\u2019i tregoj\u00eb pasi q\u00eb nuk ka ndonj\u00eb ankes\u00eb ndaj tij.<\/p>\n

Krasniqi, vazhdimisht e ka mohuar akuz\u00ebn duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se kan\u00eb qen\u00eb shaka kolegiale dhe biseda t\u00eb cilat i b\u00ebjn\u00eb mes koleg\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

Nacionale ka tentuar q\u00eb t\u00eb bisedoj\u00eb me avokatin e t\u00eb akuzuarit Avdulla Hotin, por i nj\u00ebjti n\u00eb momentin q\u00eb e ka kuptuar se beh\u00ebt fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr Besfort Krasniqin, e ka ndalur telefonin.<\/p>\n

Nacionale ka provuar edhe m\u00eb z.Krasniqin, tash e tri dit\u00eb por i nj\u00ebjti ka qen\u00eb i pa qassh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n

L\u00ebnda \u00ebsht\u00eb bartur n\u00eb Prokurorin e Prishtin\u00ebs, ku Nacionale ka tentuar q\u00eb t\u00eb kontaktoj\u00eb m\u00eb z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsen e k\u00ebtij dikasteri, mir\u00ebpo as nga Prokuroria nuk ka marr asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje.<\/p>\n
