T\u00eb dyshuarit, q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast jan\u00eb v\u00ebllez\u00ebr F.V. dhe G.V., po prodhonin raki e ver\u00eb t\u00eb kuqe jasht\u00eb rregullave ligjore.<\/p>\n Sht\u00ebpia trekat\u00ebshe, n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb F.V., ishte e mbushur me pije alkoolike pa banderola. Pavar\u00ebsisht q\u00eb rahoveciani kishte licenc\u00eb prodhimi, ai kishte trefishuar prodhimin e tij, duke mos e deklaruar te instancat shtet\u00ebror\u00eb.<\/p>\n P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ai kishte shpuar katet e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb, duke vendosur nj\u00eb \u201ctub\u201d q\u00eb shkonte deri te bodrumi i sht\u00ebpis\u00eb, i cili b\u00ebnte bartjen m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb dhe t\u00eb pav\u00ebrejtshme t\u00eb rakis\u00eb.<\/p>\n E vetmja sasi legale q\u00eb u gjet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sht\u00ebpi jan\u00eb bure e shishe alkooli me banderol\u00eb q\u00eb gjendeshin n\u00eb bodrumin e k\u00ebsaj sht\u00ebpie. Shishet e qelqit t\u00eb mbushura me alkool k\u00ebtu posedonin banderola, t\u00eb cilat l\u00ebshohen nga dogana.<\/p>\n Pasi evidentohet alkooli i jasht\u00ebligjsh\u00ebm n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e par\u00eb, doganier\u00ebt nisen drejt sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb dyt\u00eb, e cila gjendet n\u00eb t\u00eb nijetin oborr, por me pronar tjet\u00ebr. N\u00eb fakt, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebllai i F.V., i cili po ashtu po prodhonte raki e ver\u00eb p\u00ebrtej asaj q\u00eb kishte deklaruar n\u00eb shtet.<\/p>\n \u201cBaca Salo\u201d ishte brendi i tij, t\u00eb cilin pavar\u00ebsisht q\u00eb si vit prodhimi ka vitin 2016, G.V. e kishte pa autorizim prej dogan\u00ebs.<\/p>\n Madje, ky i fundit kishte edhe makin\u00ebn p\u00ebr vendosjen e ambalazheve.<\/p>\n Rahoveciani theksonte se kishte filluar rregullimin e dokumenteve p\u00ebr ta legalizuar prodhimin e tij dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb i gatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr regjistrim edhe n\u00eb Dogan\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij aksioni, Dogana e Kosov\u00ebs ka sekuestruar mbi 19 mij\u00eb (19,560) litra ver\u00eb dhe mbi 14 mij\u00eb (14,290) litra raki sht\u00ebpie.<\/p>\n 67 mij\u00eb euro, sipas Bekim Shal\u00ebs, q\u00eb udh\u00ebheq nj\u00ebsitin antikontraband\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb vlera e d\u00ebmit q\u00eb ia kan\u00eb shkaktuar shtetit, n\u00ebse llogaritet vet\u00ebm sasia q\u00eb u zu n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aksion.<\/p>\n N\u00eb fund, Dogana e Kosov\u00ebs ka testuar edhe fort\u00ebsin\u00eb e rakis\u00eb, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb se cil\u00ebs p\u00ebrcaktohet edhe niveli i akciz\u00ebs, potencialisht niveli i taksave t\u00eb shmangura.<\/p>\n
