Edhe me k\u00ebrc\u00ebnime direket p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb e shteteve q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb an\u00ebtare t\u00eb NATO-s\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n Ibishi shtoi se sfid\u00eb p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb NATO mbetet mosnjohja e kat\u00ebr shteteve an\u00ebtare t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj organizate.<\/p>\n \u201cKosova mbetet ende me k\u00ebrkesat e gjith\u00eb lidershqipit, nga presidentja, kryeministri, ministri i Mbrojtjes m\u00eb shum\u00eb ngulm kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb ne t\u00eb futemi n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e partneritetit p\u00ebr paqe, pasi q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2018 u b\u00eb transformimi nga misioni civil i FSK-s\u00eb n\u00eb mision ushtarak dhe mund\u00ebsit reale jan\u00eb q\u00eb ky p\u00ebrshpejtim t\u00eb ndodh. Mendoj q\u00eb ekziston nj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje n\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb nga ShBA-ja, por edhe vendet e Bashkimit Evropian sidomos tash n\u00eb situat\u00ebn e tensionuar t\u00eb siguris\u00eb t\u00eb krijuar nga lufta n\u00eb Ukrain\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n Njoh\u00ebsi i siguris\u00eb, Bedri Elezi, tha se me luft\u00ebn n\u00eb Ukrain\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb treguar qartazi q\u00eb Ballkani mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb vat\u00ebr \u201czjarri\u201d, e posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht Kosova q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb\u00a0 n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb Ballkanit.<\/p>\n Kjo sipas tij, mund t\u00eb shkaktoj destabilizim n\u00eb gjith\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi i Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb NATO \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm.<\/p>\n \u201cSigurisht se zhvillimet e fundit n\u00eb bot\u00eb sidomos lufta n\u00eb Ukrain\u00eb na ka treguar qartazi se Ballkani \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vat\u00ebr e zjarrit dhe potencialisht Kosova si vend n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb Ballkanit mund t\u00eb kemi destabilizim jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb Ballkanit, por edhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs, andaj zhvillimet e fundit na l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb q\u00eb NATO duhet t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsoj edhe vendet e tjera gjeostrategjike si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb Kosova dhe kujtoj q\u00eb shum\u00eb e nevojshme q\u00eb sa m\u00eb par\u00eb Kosova t\u00eb jet\u00eb pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj familje t\u00eb siguris\u00eb dhe besoj q\u00eb ky rast apo momentum duhet t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzohet nga institucionet tona p\u00ebr t\u00eb ushtruar nj\u00eb partneritet t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb me faktor\u00ebt relevant me individ dhe struktura t\u00eb siguris\u00eb q\u00eb m\u00eb proceduar t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtuara Kosova t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsohet n\u00eb NATO\u201d.<\/p>\n Elezi u shpreh se FSK-ja \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb NATO pasi ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb trajnuar n\u00eb vendet an\u00ebtare t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj aleanc\u00eb.<\/p>\n Sipas tij, ushtria duhet t\u00eb punoj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb departamentin e verifikimit, ngase NATO ka informacion top-sekrete dhe ekziston rreziku q\u00eb ato t\u00eb dalin jasht\u00eb, raporton EO.<\/p>\n \u201cNe kemi pasur fat q\u00eb shum\u00eb trajnime t\u00eb FSK-s\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb shtete an\u00ebtare t\u00eb NATO-s\u00eb.
