Kryetari i K\u00ebshillit grevist, Rrahman Jasharaj, tha se q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb pas k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb tyre, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb janar do t\u00eb mblidhen p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur p\u00ebr veprimet sindikale, n\u00ebse qeveria nuk i shqyrton k\u00ebto k\u00ebrkesa.<\/strong><\/p>\n Nd\u00ebrsa, ekspert\u00ebt thon\u00eb se kjo situat\u00eb do t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrroj\u00eb sistemin arsimor.<\/p>\n Bashkimi i Sindikatave t\u00eb Pavarura t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, pati pezulluar grev\u00ebn e nisur m\u00eb 25 gusht, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb dialog me Qeverin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar k\u00ebrkesat e tyre deri n\u00eb fillimin e zbatimit t\u00eb Ligjit t\u00eb Pagave. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, kryetari i K\u00ebshillit Grevist, Rrahman Jasharaj, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr Radio Kosov\u00ebn, se gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe nuk kan\u00eb marr\u00eb asnj\u00eb ftes\u00eb dhe asnj\u00eb angazhim nga Qeveria p\u00ebr t\u2019u takuar e p\u00ebr t\u00eb dialoguar rreth k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb sindikalist\u00ebve.<\/p>\n \u201cFatkeq\u00ebsisht jo. As ne si SBASHK e as n\u00eb nivel t\u00eb BSPK-s\u00eb nuk ka pasur asnj\u00eb ftes\u00eb nga Qeveria p\u00ebr takime lidhur me k\u00ebrkesat tona, q\u00eb tashm\u00eb jan\u00eb publike. Shpresojm\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebta muaj q\u00eb kan\u00eb mbetur, qeveria t\u2019i shfryt\u00ebzoj\u00eb p\u00ebr takime e debate e p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur nj\u00eb zgjidhje edhe p\u00ebr Ligjin e Pagave. Mir\u00ebpo, deri tani nuk ka ndodhur asnj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb, asnj\u00eb takim\u201d, tha Jasharaj.<\/p>\n Jasharaj, theksoi se pezullimi i grev\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb deri n\u00eb janar t\u00eb vitit 2023, dhe n\u00ebse deri at\u00ebher\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb dialog e marr\u00ebveshje p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkesat e tyre, at\u00ebher\u00eb mund t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmerren veprime sindikale.<\/p>\n \u201cNe do t\u00eb shohim bashk\u00eb me sindikatat e tjera se \u00e7far\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb tutje. Uroj q\u00eb Qeveria t\u00eb mos e ket\u00eb konsideruar si fitore pezullimin e grev\u00ebs. Deri n\u00eb janar jemi n\u00eb pritje, ne do t\u00eb konsultohemi me an\u00ebtar\u00ebsin\u00eb, pastaj jan\u00eb organet e sindikatave dhe vet\u00eb BSPK-ja q\u00eb do ta debatoj\u00eb situat\u00ebn dhe do t\u00eb vendosim karshi k\u00ebrkesave q\u00eb sjellin organet p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsis\u00eb sindikale n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn. Nuk mund t\u00eb them as q\u00eb do t\u00eb ket\u00eb grev\u00eb, por as nuk mund ta p\u00ebrjashtoj mund\u00ebsin\u00eb, sepse n\u00ebse gj\u00ebrat shkojn\u00eb k\u00ebshtu dhe n\u00ebse Qeveria vazhdon me barrikadimin dhe munges\u00ebn e dialogut dhe angazhimit p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e k\u00ebrkesave tona, at\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb janar \u00e7do gj\u00eb mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb e mundur\u201d, shtoi ai.<\/p>\n Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, njoh\u00ebsi i \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb arsimit, Jonuz Salihaj, tha p\u00ebr Radio Kosov\u00ebn se ende nuk ka ndonj\u00eb shenj\u00eb q\u00eb Qeveria ka ftuar sindikatat p\u00ebr dialog. Ai theksoi se p\u00ebrderisa Ligji p\u00ebr Paga nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb buxhetuar p\u00ebr vitin q\u00eb vjen, do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se nuk do t\u00eb filloj\u00eb s\u00eb zbatuari n\u00eb vitin 2023 dhe se kjo situat\u00eb mund t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrimin e sistemit arsimor.<\/p>\n \u201cNuk po shoh simptoma q\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet zgjidhja e k\u00ebtij problemi. Do t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb inatet, do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb injorimi i m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve dhe kjo do t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb q\u00eb sistemi i arsimit, i cili edhe ashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb keqe, do t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb drejt shkat\u00ebrrimit p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq. Un\u00eb besoj q\u00eb Qeveria duhet t\u00eb reflektoj\u00eb dhe ta ket\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb prioritet e ta zgjidh\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mos vazhdoj\u00eb me k\u00ebto inate personale, e ta shkat\u00ebrroj\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem t\u00eb till\u00eb t\u00eb arsimit\u201d, deklaroi Salihaj.<\/p>\n
