I pyetur nga mbrojt\u00ebsja e t\u00eb akuzuarit Strelli avokatja Fehmije Gashi-Bytyqi se shkrepja e arm\u00ebs me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb frik\u00ebsimit a ka n\u00ebnkuptuar edhe zmbrapsjen e sulmit t\u00eb at\u00eb\u00e7astsh\u00ebm, eksperti Bunjaku tha se zmbrapsja nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb term q\u00eb i p\u00ebrket atij ta interpretoj, nd\u00ebrsa frika po.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mir\u00ebpo sipas tij, n\u00eb asnj\u00eb rast i akuzuari Albion Strelli nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb me dije se ka qen\u00eb i shtyer nga v\u00ebllai i tij q\u00eb t\u2019i nd\u00ebrmerr veprimet t\u00eb cilat i ka pranuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gjithashtu, Bunjaku deklaroi se gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb Albionit n\u00eb Institutin e Psikiatris\u00eb Forenzike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs \u2013IPFK, dhe gjat\u00eb bisedave me t\u00eb, sa her\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb diskutuar rreth dit\u00ebs kritike i nj\u00ebjti ka qen\u00eb i shqet\u00ebsuar dhe n\u00eb disa raste edhe ka qar\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fillimisht, eksperti Bunjaku ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se p\u00ebr karakteristikat personale t\u00eb t\u00eb akuzuarit Strelli m\u00eb kompetent\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb psikologu por sipas tij nga t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e p\u00ebrfituara ai tha se Albioni \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb djal\u00eb i sjellsh\u00ebm i cili respekton t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, ka respektuar edhe familjen dhe ka mbajt p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi p\u00ebr mir\u00ebqenien e familjes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gjithashtu eksperti tha se kan\u00eb kuptuar se deri m\u00eb tani nuk ka pasur ndonj\u00eb problem me rrethin se ku jeton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seancat e radh\u00ebs p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje penale jan\u00eb t\u00eb caktuara m\u00eb 23 n\u00ebntor, si dhe 14 dhjetor 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ndryshe, sipas aktakuz\u00ebs s\u00eb ngritur m\u00eb 29 mars 2021, nga Prokuroria Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, Albion Strelli po akuzohet se m\u00eb 6 maj 2020, n\u00eb ora 07:40, n\u00eb punishten e qendr\u00ebs s\u00eb re tregtare, af\u00ebr rrethit t\u00eb QMI-s\u00eb, Komuna e Gra\u00e7anic\u00ebs, pas nj\u00eb mosmarr\u00ebveshje paraprake n\u00eb mes t\u00eb tij dhe tani t\u00eb ndjerit A.S, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb transportit me vetur\u00ebn kombi, i cili ishte n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb firm\u00ebs ku ishin duke punuar s\u00eb bashku, t\u00eb pandehurit Albion dhe Berat Strelli shkuan n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e tyre, ku e kan\u00eb marr\u00eb arm\u00ebn e tipit \u201cZoraki M2906-B\u201d dhe jan\u00eb kthyer p\u00ebrs\u00ebri n\u00eb vendpunishte me vetur\u00ebn e tyre private.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sipas prokuroris\u00eb, pas fjalosjes n\u00eb mes t\u00eb t\u00eb akuzuarit Albion dhe tani t\u00eb ndjerit A., Albioni me dashje q\u00eb ta privoj\u00eb nga jeta, ka sht\u00ebn\u00eb tri her\u00eb me arm\u00eb n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb tani t\u00eb ndjerit A., duke e v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb rrezik edhe jet\u00ebn e shum\u00eb personave tjer\u00eb, me \u00e7\u2019rast tani i ndjeri A.S \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eblluar tri her\u00eb n\u00eb fytyr\u00eb dhe kok\u00eb, i cili si pasoj\u00eb e plag\u00ebve t\u00eb marra ka nd\u00ebrruar jet\u00eb n\u00eb QKUK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Me k\u00ebto veprime, prokuroria e ngarkon t\u00eb akuzuarin Albion Strelli se ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cVrasje e r\u00ebnd\u00eb\u201d nga neni 173, paragrafi 1, pika n\u00ebn paragrafi 1.5 te KPRK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sipas dispozitivit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebs, i akuzuari Albion Strelli, nga data e pap\u00ebrcaktuar e deri m\u00eb 6 maj 2020, pa autorizim ka mbajtur n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi revolen e llojit \u201cZoraki M2906B\u201d, duke shkelur ligjin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Me k\u00ebto veprime, prokuroria e ngarkon t\u00eb akuzuarin Albion Strelli se ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cMbajtja n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi, kontroll ose posedim t\u00eb paautorizuar t\u00eb arm\u00ebve\u201d, nga neni 366, paragrafi 1 t\u00eb KPRK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prokuroria e ngarkon t\u00eb akuzuarin Berat Strelli se me dat\u00eb, koh\u00eb dhe vend t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb si n\u00eb dispozitivin e par\u00eb, me dashje ka shtyr\u00eb t\u00eb pandehurin Albion Strelli \u2013 v\u00ebllan\u00eb e tij, q\u00eb ta kryej\u00eb vepr\u00ebn penale t\u00eb vrasjes, n\u00eb at\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb pas fjalosjes te kombi kan\u00eb shkuar s\u00eb bashku me t\u00eb pandehurin Albion n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi, e kan\u00eb marr\u00eb arm\u00ebn e llojit \u201cZoraki\u201d dhe me vetur\u00ebn e tyre kan\u00eb shkuar n\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs dhe pasi q\u00eb tani i ndjeri A. e ka thirr n\u00eb em\u00ebr Albion, e n\u00eb ato momente Berati i ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Albionit \u2018q\u00eblloje-shkrepja\u2019, m\u00eb pas Albioni e ka q\u00eblluar tri her\u00eb me plumba n\u00eb fytyr\u00eb dhe kok\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Me k\u00ebto veprime, prokuroria e ngarkon t\u00eb akuzuarin Berat Strelli se ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cShtytje n\u00eb kryerjen e vepr\u00ebs penale Vrasje e r\u00ebnd\u00eb\u201d nga neni 173, paragrafi 1, pika 1.5 lidhur me nenin 32 t\u00eb KPRK-s\u00eb, njofton betimiperdrejtesi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
