K\u00ebrkesat p\u00ebr rritje t\u00eb tarifave ende s\u2019jan\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar, por nga ZRRE thon\u00eb se rritja e kostove t\u00eb blerjes s\u00eb energjis\u00eb duhet t\u00eb reflektohet edhe n\u00eb tarifa.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ende pa u b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb vit nga hyrja n\u00eb fuqi e tarifave t\u00eb shtrenjta, rryma pritet t\u00eb shtrenjtohet s\u00ebrish p\u00ebr kosovar\u00ebt gjat\u00eb dimrit. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb, nevoja p\u00ebr import rritet, pasi kapacitetet vendore nuk mbulojn\u00eb nevojat p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb vendin.<\/p>\n

Shtrenjtimin e energjis\u00eb e ka paralajm\u00ebruar Ministrja e Ekonomis\u00eb, Artane Rizvanolli, gjat\u00eb raportimit n\u00eb Komisionin Hetimor p\u00ebr Energji.<\/p>\n

Nga ZRRE kan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se ende s\u2019kan\u00eb pranuar ndonj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb p\u00ebr rritje t\u00eb tarifave, por s\u2019e kan\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtuar mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb shtrenjtim t\u00eb energjis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Petrit Pepaj nga ky institucion i ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Gazet\u00ebs Express se meq\u00eb kostot e blerjeve t\u00eb energjis\u00eb kan\u00eb pasur rritje t\u00eb vazhdueshme, kjo duhet t\u00eb reflektohet edhe n\u00eb tarifa.<\/p>\n

\u201cZyra e Rregullatorit p\u00ebr Energji ende nuk ka pranuar aplikacionet nga t\u00eb licencuarit e rregulluar KOSTT, KEDS dhe KESCO, q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me t\u00eb Hyrat e lejuara Maksimale dhe tarifat p\u00ebr vitin 2023.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrgjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij vitit kostot e blerjeve t\u00eb energjis\u00eb kan\u00eb pasur rritje t\u00eb vazhdueshme, k\u00ebto kosto mbi nivelin e lejuar p\u00ebr gjat\u00eb vitit duhet t\u00eb reflektohen n\u00eb tarifa kurdo q\u00eb procesi i p\u00ebrshtatje t\u00eb tarifave t\u00eb ndodh, rrjedhimisht mund\u00eb te pritet edhe rritje e tarifave\u201d, ka deklaruar Pepaj p\u00ebr Gazet\u00ebn Express.<\/p>\n

Shtetet q\u00eb e refuzuan Kosov\u00ebn p\u00ebr kontrata afatgjate p\u00ebr importin e energjis\u00eb<\/p>\n

Kosova e ka t\u00eb domosdosh\u00ebm importin e energjis\u00eb gjat\u00eb dimrit. Por, edhe me importin mund t\u2019i dalin probleme. Meq\u00eb shteti s\u2019ka arritur t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruaj\u00eb kontrata afatgjate p\u00ebr import, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 q\u00eb do t\u2019i duhet ta blej\u00eb rrym\u00ebn me \u00e7mim shum\u00eb t\u00eb shtrenjt\u00eb, do ta ket\u00eb edhe problem q\u00eb ta siguroj\u00eb, meq\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha shtetet jan\u00eb n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministri Besnik Bislimi, tregoi para tri jave se kan\u00eb tentuar q\u00eb t\u00eb lidhin kontrata afatgjate p\u00ebr importin e energjis\u00eb me kat\u00ebr shtete, por q\u00eb kan\u00eb refuzuar.<\/p>\n

Shtetet me t\u00eb cilat \u00ebsht\u00eb tentuar t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruhen k\u00ebto kontrata jan\u00eb Bullgaria, Maqedonia, Greqia dhe Danimarka.<\/p>\n

\u201cMasat q\u00eb kan\u00eb sugjeruar disa mendjendritur q\u00eb me ba kontrata afatgjate, \u00ebsht\u00eb pa q\u00eb asnj\u00eb shtet s\u2019po mundet me n\u00ebnshkru kontrata afatgjat\u00eb. Sepse edhe ata q\u00eb e kan\u00eb energjin\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb budallenj. Pse me ta ba kontrat\u00ebn afatgjate me 180 euro, kur \u00e7mimi \u00ebsht\u00eb 1 mij\u00eb euro p\u00ebr M\u00cbh. Kemi tentuar me Bullgarin\u00eb, Maqedonin\u00eb, Greqin\u00eb, kemi tentu edhe me Danimark\u00ebn. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb thon\u00eb po e shohim, masnej thon\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm k\u00ebmbim\u201d, ka deklaruar Bislimi n\u00eb ATV.<\/p>\n

Bislimi tha Kosova po p\u00ebrballet me kriz\u00ebn energjetike shkaku i kapaciteteve t\u00eb st\u00ebrvjet\u00ebruara. N\u00eb situat\u00ebn q\u00eb gjenden, thot\u00eb se n\u00eb \u00e7do minut\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00eblcas ndonj\u00eb gyp.<\/p>\n

Po aty n\u00eb \u00e7do minut\u00eb mundet me p\u00eblcit nj\u00eb gyp, sepse thot\u00eb ky gyp s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb prek nga 1970. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb situata me kapacitetet ekzistuese. Edhe me u tranu, kapacitete ekzistuese s\u2019mundesh me i ndryshu brenda 5 viteve\u201d, tha Bislimi.<\/p>\n

Ndryshe, nevojat e Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr energji elektrike i tejkalojn\u00eb kapacitetet e prodhimit, sidomos gjat\u00eb dimrit.<\/p>\n

Kosova ka kapacitet t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb rreth 800 megavat n\u00eb or\u00eb, kurse nevojat e saj, n\u00eb dit\u00eb dimri, arrijn\u00eb deri n\u00eb 1.300 megavat n\u00eb or\u00eb. K\u00ebt\u00eb diferenc\u00eb, ajo zakonisht e importon nga jasht\u00eb.<\/p>\n
