Buxheti i Kosov\u00ebs po shkon n\u00eb nj\u00eb suficit absolut mbi 700 milion\u00eb euro te pashpenzuara\u201d.<\/p>\n \u201cNuk iu ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb mund\u00ebsi minimale iniciativ\u00ebs qytetare duke bllokuar fonde, duke mos hapur projekt zhvillimor.
