Ai foli p\u00ebr propozimin franko-gjerman q\u00eb i k\u00ebrkon Serbis\u00eb t\u00eb mos b\u00ebhet penges\u00eb p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb organizata nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe si shp\u00ebrblim do t\u00eb ket\u00eb ndihma ekonomike dhe leht\u00ebsim t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb integrimit n\u00eb Bashkimin Evropian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vu\u00e7iq tha se e kishte fjal\u00ebn pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb propozim kur deklaroi koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb se \u201cpo ndryshon arkitektura e bisedimeve\u201d por ndaj t\u00eb cil\u00ebs deklarat\u00eb kishte reaguar i d\u00ebrguari i posa\u00e7\u00ebm i Bashkimit Evropian p\u00ebr dialogun, Miroslav Laj\u00e7ak t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e kishte mohuar dhe e kishte par\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7uditshme fjalorin e p\u00ebrzgjedhur nga presidenti serb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cKur thash\u00eb qe po ndryshon arkitektura e bisedimeve, at\u00ebher\u00eb m\u00eb demantuan nga Bashkimi Evropian, nuk e kuptova se cili ishte q\u00ebllimi i atij mohimi, sepse po ndryshon pothuajse rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsisht, sepse sot kemi n\u00eb tryez\u00eb nj\u00eb propozim nga dy fuqit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha evropiane Gjermania dhe Franca, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb hera e par\u00eb q\u00eb po ju flas p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, dhe ai propozim \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb propozim q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb diskutojm\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mendojm\u00eb, do t\u2019ju them se cili \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00ebndrimi im. Nuk mund ta hedhesh nga dritarja nj\u00eb propozim q\u00eb vjen nga dy vendet m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqishme sepse kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e pap\u00ebrgjegjshme dhe joserioze, dhe gjithashtu nuk jam i sigurt n\u00ebse mund ta pranojm\u00eb dhe do t\u2019ju them se cilat jan\u00eb vijat tona t\u00eb kuqe dhe nuk jam i sigurt q\u00eb do t\u2019i p\u00eblqej\u00eb dikujt\u201d, deklaroi Vu\u00e7iq.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Presidenti serb tha se thelbi i propozimit franko-gjerman \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb Serbia t\u00eb mos b\u00ebhet penges\u00eb p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Organizat\u00ebn e Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara dhe organizata t\u00eb tjera nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sipas tij, Serbia nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e detyruar q\u00eb t\u00eb njoh\u00eb pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, pasi si\u00e7 tha ai \u201cnuk duan t\u00eb na posht\u00ebrojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb\u201d. Nd\u00ebrsa shteti serb do t\u00eb kishte dhe benefite t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThelbi \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb Serbia ta lejoj\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha institucionet dhe organizatat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb Kombet e Bashkuara. Serbia p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e definuar, por do t\u00eb merrte hyrje m\u00eb t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb n\u00eb Bashkimin Evropian dhe ndoshta p\u00ebrfitime t\u00eb konsiderueshme ekonomike\u2026 Sepse e gjith\u00eb ideja bazohet n\u00eb faktin se n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb ose n\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, pa njohjen ton\u00eb, nuk do t\u00eb ishim t\u00eb shtyr\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb mos jem m\u00eb tep\u00ebr t\u00eb posht\u00ebruar dhe t\u00eb detyroheshim t\u00eb njihnim zyrtarisht Kosov\u00ebn, por do t\u00eb ishte e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb ne t\u00eb mos kund\u00ebrshtojm\u00eb dhe t\u2019u japim nj\u00eb sinjal t\u00eb qart\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve se jemi dakord me an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Kombet e Bashkuara\u201d, vijoi Vu\u00e7iq.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vu\u00e7iq u shpreh se do t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00ebn e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Kombet e Bashkuara nd\u00ebrsa sa t\u00eb jet\u00eb ai president nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb njohje t\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAjo q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb politika e vendit ton\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb ata mund t\u00eb na marrin gjith\u00e7ka, mund t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka, ne do t\u00eb luftojm\u00eb sa t\u00eb mundemi me gjith\u00eb fuqin\u00eb ton\u00eb, politike dhe ligjore, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur vendin ton\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur kufirin ton\u00eb dhe t\u00eb ruajm\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mbrojm\u00eb integritetin ton\u00eb territorial n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare publike anormale. Duket, por gjithsesi nuk ka vullnet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb moment, kam biseduar me kryeministrin, nuk ka vullnet n\u00eb lidershipin serb, nd\u00ebrsa deri sa un\u00eb jam president, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn n\u00eb at\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb pushteti ekzekutiv, nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb vullnet p\u00ebr t\u00eb pranuar pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Kombet e Bashkuara\u201d, tha Vu\u00e7iq.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Presidenti serb tha se nuk e di n\u00ebse do t\u00eb ket\u00eb takime n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb dialogut nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebrdori ironin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruar procesin e regjistrimit t\u00eb veturave t\u00eb serb\u00ebve me tabelat e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
