Protestuesit fillimisht m\u00eb 5 shtator ndaluan para nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs s\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb, Policis\u00eb, K\u00ebshillit Gjyq\u00ebsor t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe, pastaj para K\u00ebshillit Prokurorial, ku k\u00ebrkuan edhe shkarkimin e kryeprokurorit t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, Kujtim Munishi.<\/p>\n

\u201cNe do t\u00eb vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb jemi k\u00ebtu deri sa Prokuroria t\u00eb na tregoj\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimisht q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb me viktimat e jo dhunuesin\u201d, tha nj\u00eb protestuese.<\/p>\n

Dor\u00ebheqjen e Munishit m\u00eb 4 shtator e ka k\u00ebrkuar ministrja e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, Albulena Haxhiu, e cila po ashtu ka th\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb merren veprime edhe ndaj \u201cprokuror\u00ebve dhe gjyqtar\u00ebve q\u00eb nuk po i kryejn\u00eb detyrat e tyre\u201d.<\/p>\n

Shkas i k\u00ebtyre protestave u b\u00eb rasti i p\u00ebrdhunimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb vajze 11-vje\u00e7e, m\u00eb 27 gusht, n\u00eb nj\u00eb park t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Rastin e 11-vje\u00e7ares, institucionet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb po e trajtojn\u00eb rastin n\u00eb dy vepra t\u00eb ndryshme penale.<\/p>\n

Ve\u00e7 mas\u00ebs s\u00eb paraburgimit prej 30 dit\u00ebsh p\u00ebr pes\u00eb t\u00eb dyshuarit p\u00ebr dhunimin e t\u00eb mitur\u00ebs, e nj\u00ebjta mas\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb caktuar edhe p\u00ebr gjasht\u00eb t\u00eb dyshuar tjer\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt si\u00e7 pretendohet nga institucionet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, n\u00eb qershor kishin trafikuar, dhunuar dhe shfryt\u00ebzuar t\u00eb mitur\u00ebn p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbime seksuale.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebr tjera ata k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb legalizimin e p\u00ebrdorimit dhe shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb gazit irritues p\u00ebr vet\u00ebmbrojtje, shkarkimin e zyrtar\u00ebve q\u00eb nuk e kan\u00eb kryer pun\u00eb e tyre, krijimin e nj\u00ebsitit t\u00eb specializuar p\u00ebr dhun\u00eb seksuale n\u00eb Policin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, futjen e l\u00ebnd\u00ebs s\u00eb edukat\u00ebs seksuale n\u00eb shkolla dhe sigurin\u00eb si dhe drejt\u00ebsi e rehabilitim p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbijetuarat e dhun\u00ebs seksuale.<\/p>\n
