\u201cMe aprovimin e k\u00ebtyre dy akteve n\u00ebnligjore, po kompletohet legjislacioni i nevojsh\u00ebm dhe rrjedhimisht mund t\u00eb fillohet me procesin e kompensimit t\u00eb viktimave t\u00eb krimit, proces p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin Ministria e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e p\u00ebrkushtuar t\u00eb filloj\u00eb sa m\u00eb par\u00eb\u201d, theksoi ministrja Hoxha.<\/p>\n
Ajo tha se Udh\u00ebzimi Administrativ p\u00ebr regjistrat p\u00ebr parashtruesit e k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr vendimet e l\u00ebshuara rreth kompensimeve rregullon kushtet p\u00ebr mbajtjen e regjistrave, duke filluar nga pranimi i l\u00ebnd\u00ebs e deri tek nxjerrja e vendimit dhe komunikimin i tyre pal\u00ebve, po ashtu rregullon edhe pjes\u00ebn e arkivimit t\u00eb dokumentacionit dhe qasjes n\u00eb evidenc\u00eb si dhe dispozitave t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb nevojshme gjat\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb komisionit i cili do t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin e k\u00ebrkesave p\u00ebr kompensim.<\/p>\n
