Ndalimi i Haradinajt mbi baz\u00ebn e flet\u00eb-arrestit serb, sipas kryeministrit Mustafa, \u00ebsht\u00eb i papranuesh\u00ebm dhe ka rikujtuar se Haradinaj, tashm\u00eb e ka d\u00ebshmuar pafaj\u00ebsin\u00eb e tij dy her\u00eb n\u00eb proceset gjyq\u00ebsore n\u00eb Tribunalin e Hag\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
\u201cAktet e ndalimit t\u00eb Haradinajt, por dhe personaliteteve t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, i konsiderojm\u00eb se jan\u00eb akte t\u00eb palejueshme, duke pas parasysh edhe faktin se Haradinaj e ka d\u00ebshmuar para drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare n\u00eb dy raste pafaj\u00ebsin\u00eb e tij. Po ashtu, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrballur edhe me ndalesa t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme t\u00eb cilat e kan\u00eb konfirmuar se flet\u00eb-arrestet serbe nuk kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb baz\u00eb\u201d, ka theksuar Mustafa.<\/p>\n
Q\u00eb nga ndalimi i Haradinajt nga policia franceze, Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrballur me presionet e shtuara t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrprerjen e dialogut me Serbin\u00eb dhe vendosjen e masave t\u00eb reciprocitetit n\u00eb fushat ku Kosova ka mund\u00ebsi ta b\u00ebj nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Si kund\u00ebrp\u00ebrgjigje e par\u00eb ndaj flet\u00eb-arresteve serbe, ishte vendimi i Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos i lejuar vizit\u00ebn n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, presidentit serb, Tomosllav Nikoliq. Ai po planifikonte q\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndronte n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb p\u00ebr Krishtlindjet Ortodokse.<\/p>\n
Ministri i Jasht\u00ebm, Enver Hoxhaj, tha se autoritetet e Kosov\u00ebs i jan\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruar nj\u00eb presioni t\u00eb madh nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar pas k\u00ebtij vendimi.<\/p>\n
