Ne Kosove tregu i TV\u2019ve dhe kablloreve kurre nuk ka qene kaq i shperndare dhe kaq i paqarte sa eshte sot. Marreveshja Artmotion \u2013 Kujtesa, qe \u00e7oi ne largimin e kanaleve private prej IPKO\u2019se, e ka bo lluge krejt industrine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nese KTV, 21\u2019sh dhe RTK do te kishin qene media me atraktive, sigurisht qe largimi i Klan, Dukagjin, T7, 10\u2019sh\u2019it prej IPKO\u2019se do te kishte qene nje mundesi e jashtezakonshme per ta, qe ta rrisin audiencen, mirepo nje gje e tille nuk po ndodhe. Tri TV\u2019ne nacionale ka kohe qe kane leshu territor ne favor te TV\u2019ve kabllore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sipas meje, deri me tash, perfituesi me i madh i kesaj situate eshte ATV, e cila nuk shquhet per politika te forta editoriale, por megjithate eshte duke investuar ne argetim dhe emisione me te lehta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ne anen tjeter tash po flitet qe ne treg do te futet edhe nje TV i ri, qe eshte prone e kompanise Telkos, provider i internetit, qe si duket ka investu shume edhe ne studio edhe ne staf. Gjasat jane qe ky TV do te shfaqet ne te gjitha platformat, qe do te jete nje mundesi e mire edhe per ta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pra, do t\u2019i kemi gjithsej gjashte televizione qe jane kabllore, me i madhi prej te cileve Klani dhe tri TV qe kane frekuenca nacionale. I kemi tre operator kabllor te medhenj, IPKO me i madhi, pastaj Kujtesa dhe Artmotion, qe po luftojne per kanale ekskluzive. Bashkimi i Kujtmotion e ka vene IPKO\u2019ne me shpatulla per muri, edhe pse ka mundesi qe ai bashkim nuk eshte krejt ligjor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fatkeqesisht Autoriteti Kosovar i Konkurrenc\u00ebs, agjencion i Kuvendit te Kosoves, tashme eshte jofunksional, sepse nuk ka bord te kompletuar, sepse mire do te bente qe te sqaronte kete situate. Nese Kujtmotion e godet edhe me tutje IPKO\u2019ne, atehere ky bashkedyzim do ta kete nje shumice te madhe te konsumatoreve, do ta kete ekskluzivitetin ne kontent ne shume fusha dhe do ta veje ate ne pozite monopoliste per t\u2019i percaktuar cmimet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
