Zenun Elezaj ishte shpallur fajtor nga Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Pej\u00eb m\u00eb 29 dhjetor 2020 dhe ishte d\u00ebnuar me 4 mij\u00eb euro gjob\u00eb, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201ckonflikti i interesit\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sipas aktgjykimit t\u00eb shpallur nga kryetarja e trupit gjykues Violeta Husaj- Rugova, ndaj tij ishte shqiptuar edhe d\u00ebnimi plot\u00ebsues, ndalimi i ushtrimit t\u00eb funksioneve publike n\u00eb afat prej 2 vitesh, raporton \u201cBetimi p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs s\u00eb ngritur m\u00eb 9 tetor t\u00eb vitit 2019, nga Prokuroria Themelore n\u00eb Pej\u00eb, Zenun Elezaj akuzohet se m\u00eb 20 shkurt 2018, n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e kryetarit t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Klin\u00ebs, duke e ditur se vajza e tij ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb aplikuar n\u00eb pozit\u00ebn \u201cMjeke e praks\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme\u201d, n\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn Kryesore t\u00eb Mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb Familjare (QKMF) n\u00eb Klin\u00eb, ka marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb personalisht n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje zyrtare, duke marr\u00eb vendim p\u00ebr formimin e komisionit p\u00ebr zhvillimin e procedurave p\u00ebr krijimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnies s\u00eb pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
